Great support

Recently, I have been investigating the construction of underfloor heating with Warmup support team and have been extremely impressed with the service. I have sent many emails with lots of questions and all have been answered with patience and professionalism. Now I have a list of step by step links on how to instal the underfloor heating. Exceptional customer service

Had exceptional customer service from Warmup yesterday in which I'd received confirmation of order being despatched, I called Warmup to ask if my order could be amended & the person I got on the phone went above & beyond to help, changed my order on the phone, spoke to the despatch dept and had them change the pallet so my order could leave on time and it's being delivered today.

5 ***** service from Anton

Anton has been so helpful communicating by email and then calling me to help me with the settings for my heated floor.
He talked me through the whole thing from changing the days, times and temperature settings to uploading a photo on the screen.
Anton went above and beyond, so friendly, patient and helpful.

I contacted Warmup as I was having a…

I contacted Warmup as I was having a problem with one of our underfloor heating controls. Harley was great, gave me lots of advice of things to try before going to the expense of buying a new unit. Unfortunately they didn't work but I was also supplied with a list of stockists and how much I could expect to pay.
All very helpful. I was also really impressed by the speed of the reply to my request for help. Well done Harley.

I had an issue understand how to set up…

I had an issue understand how to set up my under floor heating and therefore spoke to Anton in technical support. I explained he needed to go slowly as I am ‘technically challenged’ ! He was so patient, explained everything step by step, and even phoned me back to make sure all was working and set up correctly. Great job Anton thank you

Tricky software to setup but first class support

Firstly Anton was incredibly helpful from the support line, not with just completing the setup but advice as to how to most efficiently utilise the options. Important note, setup requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection, if you are using 5GHz or have an automatic dual setup it will not work. I got round this by setting up a temporary compatible 2.4GHz login. Once the system is up and running it will work with the dual WiFi, but not for initial setup.

We bought a property with a warmup system

We bought a property with a warmup system fitted; however, we did not know if it was working. Contacted Warmup, who worked out what system it was, and then sent us various email instructions,s and we now know that the system works and have sent us a full instruction book. It was no bother for them and helped us all the way, even though we had not purchased from them , great customer service espically from ANTON
