Geofencing does notbwork
After countless contacts with the Wunda, “ geofencing” categorically, does not work as described. A household member is frequently out of “ radius”. Heating on in the zones that should be off. Wunda blame it on app updates and server updates. It simply does not work as described, and we use more gas than pre install, that cost aprox 2k, for the kit and installation costs. Do not choose this product if geofencing is what you want/ expect, it to do.

Wundafloor tech support…
I emailed the Wundafloor tech support with a query about my room thermostat and within 10 minutes Angelo phoned me to give advice. Within 2 minutes he had solved my query to my complete satisfaction. Just to add, my Wundafloor system was commissioned 13 years ago and all the components are working fine including the thermostats. This standard of service is unparalleled in my view. Thanks Angelo 👍

Although tech support was busy I received a prompt call back. The help I received was excellent, very patient calm and successful. My problem was resolved with clear concise instructions in resetting the programming on my wireless room stat that my plumber had given up on. Well done Wunda tech support!

Very pleased with our system, start to finish excellent help, guidance and product.
Contacted tech support and Luke was brilliant, he helped resolve the issue in question (wifi related).

Smart hub connection problem
I had a problem with connecting my smart hub to the internet and Angelo from the technical department sorted it out in no time, guiding me through each step.
I had an issue with underfloor heating…
I had an issue with underfloor heating not working - everything had been fine before. I did my own troubleshooting and thought it must be the Wundersmart controller. I called the technical support team and they went through the issue methodically with me - one step at a time. It actually ended up being an issue with one of Honeywell heating valves and nothing to do with the Wundasmart unit. Even although this was the case, the technician made sure I exactly understood the issue. I went and bought a new valve and installed it - all works now. Thank you for a super service. These units have been flawless and we have a pretty big house and zones in every room. Great product.

I would just like to say this review is based on the service received by Angelo in technical. Self install and setup is not as easy as made out, but the technical help received from Angelo was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Wunda you need to look after this man!

From reception to an adviser, the whole process was extremely smooth, efficient and customer friendly
I was lucky enough to speak to Angelo, a customer advisor, who was enormously helpful in explaining the functionality of thermostats I needed assistance with. Being able to speak to someone who understands the products they are selling, was hugely reassuring. A personal service speaks volumes, rather than buying from a website which rejoices in the fact that theres no one to speak to. It’s people who sell products not chatbox.

Hi we required technical help from WUNDA support team . I was overseas working, IT Support Team Lead Angelo called me for some details went away completed some investigations on our account .Called my Wife and set up the system in the UK 10/10 for helping out .
