Andrew from Wunda group clearly explained, designed and delivered flooring and components so Jake (Kent Underfloor Heating kent-underfloorheating.com and Marv (Marvellous Property Services ) marvellouspropertyservices.co.uk expertly installed it. Wunda technical support were excellent in ensuring effective installation.
Five star support
Spoke to the helpline a few times today about a new heating system. The system was designed and ordered by someone else so I didnt really have a clear insight into what was needed. My first conversation showed me that the S plan connection centre was not supplied by them and not ordered by the customer either! Once I had all the parts and had connected, the lady on the phone was really helpful and patient, diagnosing faults and providing solutions. She really could not be more helpful, generous and patient.
The result was a working heating system and a happy customer.

I really can’t begin to express how amazing Daisy and the team are, from Day 1 they’ve been brilliant with answering my queries, no pressure to buy, providing me with detailed plans and no matter how many questions I asked and constant changing , Daisy and the team were on it and brilliant!

I spent over a year deciding on my system, and the plan changed multiple times along the way due to changes in the building. Through it all, Santa P. stayed with me, answered every question, and worked incredibly hard to help me find the right solution. Her patience and dedication are among the best I’ve ever experienced. Excellent service.
Emma at Wunda andwered all of our questions thoroughly and carefully. After inviting us to their showroom the team really helped to make a proper plan for our UFH system, making recommendations, advising on flooring materials, boiler requirements and how to optimize the system whilst saving money on installation.
Although our plan has continued to change as we learn more about our new property, Wunda have been there to give the best solutions to any design complications we have encountered.

The actual product is good but the technical support is appalling . Haven't been able to ring for at least a month (number unavailable)tried emailing didn't get any response and now after needing a small replacement part which can go through a letterbox somebody has to stay at home to sign for it

We actually picked Wundagroyp for our underfloor heating because of the great customer service provided by Emma whilst we were shopping around. Emma took time to answer all our questions and was always quick to respond and call back as required. Ordering was simple, it was reasonably priced and arrived on time. We did receive a damage box but again the service was good and it was immediately replaced. We have yet to have the heat pump installed so cannot comment on performance but will update then.

Wunda have been very impressive right through this process. Emma in the Sales department has been really helpful, responsive, well-informed and pleasant to deal with and I have had really good supporting information and reassurance in answer to my questions. The tech team were similarly helpful when I spoke to them a couple of times.
I have also been impressed by the price and the speed at which they are able to provide the product, and even the delivery has been flexible and arranged to fit in with my overall project. Thank you!
I can't yet comment on the efficacy of the product because it hasn't been installed yet, but so far, so good!

Really great experience with Wunda so far! Emma was excellent, very friendly and always on hand to answer our questions. We're doing the installation ourselves and Emma was very patient and helpful while we muddled through what we needed!
We haven't installed the system as of yet (it arrived yesterday), but will try to remember to update this review once we've got it up and running...
I have had an excellent experience with Wundagroup.
I have had an excellent experience with Wundafloor, from start to finish. I had a complicated project, and I had a lot to learn as I was coordinating much of the work myself as a homeowner new to underfloor heating.
Not only was the sales associate I spoke to reliable, prompt, thorough and very friendly, she also took pains to connect me three times to the technical team, who took it upon themselves to vet my plans and give much appreciated advice.
I found that their prices compared favourably to a competitor I had priced before contacting them, even though I gathered that would have been a simple sales transaction without all the excellent customer support.
