Three stars because in 2020, shortly after their launch, I got several pairs that I absolutely loved! I still love them and wear them to this day. So, about a year and a half ago I bought 4 more pairs expecting the same great quality. They were comfy of course, but 3/4 of the pairs have holes or damage/fraying to the waistband. I'm exhausted by companies producing cheaper and cheaper products and long for a brand that just keeps the same quality standards.

Ok, these were amazing on the first wear, washed them and the elastic waist became baggy and loose so. Very poor quality for the price. Would not recommend

They had me at the first half... but no follow through. I purchased about $200 worth of gear, all was good for the first few months. The items then started to break down, by the six month mark they had fallen apart (the elastic separated from the bamboo). I contacted Woxer but was ignored repeatedly because they ran out of warrenty the month before (no consideration given for the fact they came from the US to Australia and lost a couple of weeks in transport either). I tried to bring this up in their VIP woxer facebook page, and had all my posts deleted. Its not the fact the underware fell apart, but their immediate response was block, ignore and not converse with.

Wanted to love my new Woxers (I bought the "Biker Pride Black 3.0" in size Large). Wore them for a full 24 hours and was disappointed in the quality of the material. They're so thin that they're see-through. And despite them fitting great when I put them on, several hours of wearing them changed the fit drastically and the Woxers were loose and saggy.
Would not recommend buying, and I won't be wearing these again. 👎

The shipping time is unreasonable long and they don't listen to customers on that. They do ride up and they are defenently NOT anti-chafing. Also, the Woxer VIP facebook group is mostly toxic. They say they don't monitore it but still they do. They allow bullying in the group but they don't allow a nice posts. This is so odd. I won't be buying more with them when they behave like this! I have been very loyal customer but they couldn't care less so I don't care about their brand either! And the hem seam on baller and biker DO dig in my thigh even id I'm well within size range according to their size chart! So I did size up and it is better but it is too loose on me. The bralettes don't work for big boobs. So I unfortunately cannot recommend this brand.

These are lovely when you first get them but in reality are expensive crap. I ordered two sets of three and had bad experiences with both purchases. For the first set, they ended up with runs (like on stockings), frayed seams on the legs, and stitching on the legs came out. With the second batch, the waistbands stretched out I dealt with customer service and they replaced what I messaged them about. However, the replacements were also crap! So it isn’t a question of whether what I got was a fluke. Why anyone would repeatedly spend a LOT of money on Woxer is beyond me. Unless you’re an influencer and get them for free, don’t waste your money and time.

They suck. You can't change the address on your subscription. Somehow they got my old address that predates my first order by a year! And kept sending it there despite me changing it many times? Doesn't make any sense at all. Plus they do ride up. And to make underwear less than 30 dollars I shouldn't need a subscription anyway. 0 transparency, unreachable, total scam!

I am so furious. I never consented to a monthly subscription, and was billed 100 AUD yesterday for 3 pairs of underwear. I bought a few pairs last month as a treat, but I'm a student and don't have the money to throw around, nor do I need to buy new underwear every single month! I mean, WT f***k! I'm livid and hope Woxer see this review and stop charging me for their unwanted products.

From my first pair of Woxer shorts, I fell in love with the feel, the comfort, the lightness of the overall shorts. I realize their marketed for women, but heck I like'em too. Much better than traditional men's boxers.

I tried my first pair of Woxer Baller 5” almost a year ago now (first purchased off Amazon). I became obsessed very quickly. I lived in Canada and the import fees are quite shocking at first, but I am so obsessed with this company and their baller boxers that it was totally worth it for me. I’ve purchased 3 sets of the 6 pack ballers (size L- 145 lbs @ 5’7”). All the beautiful new color sets they regularly bring out has me clicking that buy button), 3 pairs of the dreamers (the most amazing sleepwear. Size down if you’re on a sizing cusp for this one. 3 pairs of ballers off Amazon CA, 3 pairs of stars off Amazon CA, and one bralette off Amazon CA as well. I recommend Canadians go on Amazon to buy their first pair to try. You can get very lucky and find a pair for 24$ CAD at times which is perfect for introduction. I have 9 pairs in rotation right now (1 piece unfortunately did not survive my initial lack of care), and 14 pairs saved as backup. I had to move to Germany for work recently and on the top of my prep list was stocking up on products I can’t go without, Woxer being at the top. So now I have 2 sets of backups and I am quite content to only wear these and no other kind of underwear. I definitely prefer the 5” ballers as I find the 3” stars ride up a bit at time. The ballers stay planted! They are harder to wear in tight jeans though. And they would be great for underneath dresses too! I just love the fit so much, I’m not sure how but it definitely gives me some kind of confidence… like some kind of power stance - magic boxer attitude. Is that why men kept these from us??!? Share the power, bro!

The company itself is also very amazing. I wrote them a type of fangirl/love letter recently; I didn’t even think it would get to them as I spontaneously responded to an ad. They responded though and I just really appreciate a company that takes the time to connect to their customers like that (shoutout to Dani). I was just very moved by their care and appreciation, especially since many companies see nothing but our wallets lately.

I highly recommend Woxer; but be aware that you can’t just throw these in the wash and dryer. You have to care for them as delicates so they last; it’s totally worth the extra effort, and it’s totally worth the price tag if you’re able to care for them properly. I cold wash with other delicates like my merino items. Don’t add any rough like zippers. And if you want to be extra safe then hand wash; and always hang to dry. They‘ve lasted me a year with lots of wear left. If you’re on a budget then plan ahead and purchase during sales :) Their best sale of the year is Boxing Day Week.

If I could wish for one thing it would be that they start to offer the bralettes padded, or even just with the option of adding your own inserts (like the extra fabric pocket sewn on). I would absolutely LOVE to have matching sets, but I only wear padded sports bra type of tops. I’m looking forward to trying the Pima ribbed sets though :) What an amazing company, and they are always bringing out news items and new colors. #obsessed

I ordered on 11/23 and still hasn’t arrived - won’t be here until 12/7 - over 2 weeks for delivery is unacceptable.

I ordered one pair to see how they were like, as I don't like traditional woman's underwear, they ride up, they get caught in your anatomy and they are not comfy. I swapped my Calvin Kleins for these, they are wonderful. Comfy, you don't feel like you are wearing anything, they don't ride up and they look funky. So far they have washed well, I put them on a cold gentle wash like your delicates. Maybe those who are having problems with piling are washing them in a hot wash.
I have bought more as I was so pleased with them, lovely soft fabric.

I love these boxers but they don’t send updates, notifications and reminders for their subscription service. And canceling an order is impossible once you get the notice the order has been processed. Would love if their subscription process was a bit more transparent. I’ve had plenty of other subscription services that send notifications, just to let you know to make your selection of what you want. This business model of theirs only seems to benefit them, not the consumer.

Quality is pretty awful. I have ordered multiple pairs and had them replace because the waist band stretches out after 2 washed. The customer service is great and they did replace the handful of damaged pairs I bought. However those also stretches out after two washes. Despite this, I have continued to wear them, but after about 3 months multiple pairs have worn holes in them. I would not waste your money on these
