Over the years their quality has dipped. I find my underwear getting holes or popping elastic after only a few months whereas it'd last a lot longer years ago. Sizes also seem to be shrinking?

Not to mention I've noticed they started to use AI. I don't know when it started, as it's not always obvious, but look at their Kraken piece. The tentacles don't make sense, they have suckers on both sides of the same tentacle, one tentacle connects to another one to make a little loop, they don't have eight arms, ect. They have a cat one as well where the toes are mismatched in number and mis-colored / not colored.

I wanted to support an LGBT company, but it's become hard to want too. I side-eyed when I heard the misgendering of a trans model, where I should of probably dropped them then, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt it was genuine mistake. Dealt with the quality drop. Now with the use of AI, as a trans artist, I think it's time to go.

I have been buying and wearing nothing but TomboyX boxers for years. I just got another four pair, unwrapped them and tossed them into the laundry.
After washing imagine my surprise as I folded them to discover that they are back to standing seams on the hip. That's the last time I simply trust TomboyX and will do a thorough purchase inspection so I can return items like these for replacement.
Goodness knows TomboyX charges enough for their products that they can contract the cheapest providers that will manufacturer garments correctly to a basic standard instead of just the cheapest they can find.
PS - and the inconsistent sizing is annoying as well but these are the only boxers for women in cotton.

I’m a UK customer who’s been eyeing up Tomboyx boxers for a long time. Over Black Friday they had an awesome sale and free uk shipping so I was ready to pounce.

I emailed customer services to get advice on sizing, I was replied to so quickly by a super friendly and helpful person who took my measurements and perfected my order. Everything arrived and was spot on. I ended up purchasing more in the sale as I loved the comfy bralettes and boxers. Had a slight issue, but Lee on customer service email was absolutely incredible.

My favorite brand. The fit is perfect, the fabric is high quality, and the elastic band holds up. Just finished replacing my whole underwear drawer with their stuff.

First order. 46 bucks for one pair of underwear, first off is completely ridiculous. Emailing me that they have shipped by printing a label is a lie. Order has not been released.
Fulfillment sucks, company sucks. Will never buy from again.

I am still waiting for my order… they sent me an email saying shipped and a tracking order. Over a week later usps says they are still waiting to receive the package… nobody answers. It’s so annoying and I’m very unsatisfied with this service.

I bought numerous pairs of underwear from this company, and each time the customer service has been shocking. I'm unsure as to what it is that makes them feel that they are somehow superior to their customers. I've reached my limit. GOODBYE.

Do NOT order from TomboyX. I have loved this company for a decade. Every pair of underwear I own is TomboyX. Recently I purchased a 3-pack with a 40% off promotion and received one random pair. When trying to resolve the situation, I faced a nightmare customer service experience that was left to only email or text. None of my responses were read and the entire experience with them took over 2 weeks (4 weeks in total from the time of my purchase). They responded that my 3-pack was no longer in stock and when I requested an alternative multiple times, they simply refunded me with a 20% discount so that I could repurchase my order at a higher cost after a hellish customer service experience. This is no longer the company I have purchased from for so many years. Just because there's minimal competition in this space does not mean we should have to accept abysmal customer service. I will never order from TOMBOYX again.

Ordered two items in their sale. After no notification of shipping for over a week, I emailed them and they came back to me another week later to say there had been a glitch on their end which meant my order didn’t get shipped. They then cancelled my order.

however, the exact items I ordered remain available in their shop, just back to full price now. So essentially TomboyX cancelled my order and now if I want what I ordered I have to pay more for it. Even though they were entirely capable of fulfilling the original order as placed. Seems like they just didn’t really want to sell stuff for the sale price afterall 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a LOT of products from them and keep coming back for more! Awesome company!

I was supposed to get free shipping because I'm a member but it didn't apply to my order. I wrote to the customer service team and they had already refunded the shipping fee by the next morning when I woke up with an assurance that they'd look into what went wrong. Love the super comfy and cute bras too!

Very nice items, glad they are thinking about sustainability.

I like that they have big variety in cuts, I especially like the long boxers for during cold weather.
Also I like that they have period wear.

The only thing I'm less excited about is that the shipping is very high when you're European, it is the price of 1 to 2 underwear products.

I love this store both for its amazing collection of underwear and swimwear, but also its flexible, international shipping options: I have never received a US to Europe shipment as quickly as I did with my recent TomboyX order and I'm already looking forward to shopping here again.

As someone living in Europe I’m happy that when ordering the customs is included so I don’t have to wait longer and pay more for it to get here.
