The experience with Woxer has been great. I think the company is doing an innovative job when it comes to the limited collections. I feel each one of them has a connection with the next one, and their team rocks!

Hands down the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever oI’ve been wearing Woxer for a while now, and I genuinely can’t imagine going back to traditional women’s underwear. The fit is incredible—supportive without feeling tight, no riding up, and no constant adjusting throughout the day. The fabric is insanely soft but still feels durable and high quality.

I absolutely love my wider underwear, but my bras only lasted 7-8 months. The elastic is completely worn out and looks warped. It gaps and appears like it’s been stretched out. I followed the directions specifically and even let them hang dry instead of always drying on low. Thankfully my underwear hasn’t done this, but I won’t buy from them again. The customer service is awful. It’s disappointing that it’s women owned and they treat women the way they do.

Absolutely loved my Woxers for the first 7 months or so, and would have ordered more. However, at about month 8 the elastic waistband has completely stretched out on almost all of my 3” ballers. No weight change/body change, and followed the care instructions. For the amount of money they cost, would have expected to get at least a couple of years worth of wear out of them….will most definitely NOT be buying them again.

Bought 12 pairs of Baller underwear from Woxer (directly from their website so definitely not fakes or imposters.) Initially really loved them but the quality doesn’t last and the elastic has deteriorated on every pair. Considering the ridiculous price tag this is pretty disappointing. Customer service also less than helpful.

This company is amazing, but imposters do exist. I feel most of these bad reviews are about Impostors people don't realize they purchased from. I have spent over $1,000 with this company in the past year, and I have never had a single issue. They have a great relationship with their fans on social media, and I feel confident that it's the imposters who are producing subpar products and providing horrible customer service.

$275 down the drain in less than three months. I feel like a big dummy. I usually check new sites here before I buy but didnt this time, and I'm paying for it BIG TIME! At first blush, I LOVED my woxers, but the honeymoon was extremely short, as the waistbands have stretched out so much that I can't wear them, despite following the washing instructions to the letter.

I've had no problems with the items I've received as yet, but shipping times and customer service are abysmal. Order placed April 8, "processed" on the 10th with a promise of shipping within 48 hours of that, but didn't actually ship for another 11 days. Arrived May 1st. Emails inquiring about the nearly 2 week delay went unanswered. I like the underwear but I'm not going to be ordering from them again

I found holes starting in my baller pad liner boxers after 1 use. Not good value if they start falling apart after I use and wash.

The pairs I bought are already pilling, fraying at the waist band, and getting holes after only a couple months of occasional wear. Even Amazon brand underwear are better quality. The fact that they’re charging $22 a pair for junk is unreal.

I am really disappointed. I heard great things about woxer so thought I'd give them a try. I work a physical job that causes me to get sweaty and get wedgies. So I've been searching for underwear that won't ride up in places. I purchased 3 pairs, which were ridiculously expensive for underwear. They do not work at all. The leg parts roll up and are very uncomfortable. The waistband is so high it sticks out above my pants. And the fabric felt nice and soft but started pilling after one wear. These are not what I am looking for at all and were a huge waste of money.

I bought three crops and 8 pairs of the baller undies on 12th November 2024.
They cost a lot plus I required the shipping to Australia and that was also more expensive than usual.
I will say they did arrive quickly.

I was so excited when I got them, they felt great. But after two wears of one of the crops, the elastic completely went in it, making it unwearable.
This has also started to happen to the undies and they have even started to fade a bobble on the fabric. Even though I wash them inside out, in a cold wash with a slower spin cycle.
For the price, I expected them to last a bit longer than a couple of wears.

I did reach out to Woxer customer service on 21st February, and let them know my feedback and sent pictures. I never heard back from them. I did get an email from them asking how I found their customer service - wanting, to say the least.

I would NOT recommend these products to anyone.
Do not buy them, you will be disappointed!

Fantastic, comfortable underwear paired with fantastic customer service. I’ve been buying Woxers for a couple of years and the occasional issue or personal request I’ve had has been dealt with promptly and in such a kind and friendly way.

I loved the woxer at first and over time the band stretched out. Bought them for a friend of mine and hers did the same thing! Not a quality product.

The Woxer FB VIP group is a toxic clique. They allow certain people to be negative and the moderators turn a blind eye. However, when you actually want to get support from the women who wear Woxer, your post get denied if you’re not a part of the clique. I was in the group less than a week and left. The negativity around quality and the styles they hate was outrageous. So thankful that’s no longer in my feed.

Ordered for Black Friday, never received the product. Said it was delivered, but the picture of delivery was not of my house and the package wasn’t in the picture. Never heard back from the delivery service or woxer, despite multiple attempts, and there’s no phone number for woxer customer service, only an email address. They do not care about lost packages or having a reliable delivery service. Never buying from them again.

Bought many pairs but in the last 2 years quality has gone bad. Got 3 pk and all the elastic bands stretched out had to throw away. Come on Woxer you can do better. For the price the quality is no longer good .

I have about ten pairs of dreamers that I wear on rotation every day as PJ shorts. Despite the washing suggestions stating air dry is best, I’ve been placing them in the dryer at low heat for months now and they all still are at great quality. Honestly don’t know what I’d wear without them

Mi sono innamorat* del mio primo paio di Woxer e da allora non ne posso più fare a meno. Ho provato diversi modelli e diverse fantasie di colori, rimangono sempre comode e belle anche dopo i lavaggi soprattutto grazie alla qualità dei materiali. La spedizione è sempre precisa e puntuale, fanno molta strada per arrivare a casa mia ✈️ ed ogni volta non vedo l'ora 🥰🔝
