Great Service
Replaced light switch circuit board even though it was outside the 2 year warranty.
wondrwall team offers great service and is super friendly and helpful. Always very prompt to respond to emails and willing to come in person to help.

First class customer service
Excellent customer service from Cam and Ali, had 2 issues which were both dealt with swiftly,
Cam is a great guy and very knowledgeable, visited my home on 2 occasions, got me back online and rectified my light switch, communication throughout was excellent,
Cam went above and beyond in helping me, even dealt with my emails late in to the evening

Cam was a real help both over the wondrwall support line and in person. Himself and the development team were able to quickly solve the issue I was having and describe to me ways to avoid hitting those problems again.

James was so patient
James was so patient, made sure he stayed until the job was complete - even though it took several hours. And he worked after hours.
He was kind, polite and very helpful. He also was really sweet with our children.
If all your workers are like him, then you have a great company.
Give the man a raise.

This is my first time with Wondrwall…
This is my first time with Wondrwall and I have to say even though I had initial problems trying to set up myself, when James Davidson - engineer came out he was quick to sort it and get me up and running with the app, setting all my light switches, thermostat and alarm. Cam was also present on this visit out and he explained everything the app can do and I can honestly say they were both brilliant, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend not only wondrwall but their customer service is excellent. So far very happy 😊
