I had ordered the physical box a few days ago, and wasn’t sure it would arrive on time. I reached out to them and was sent an e-voucher in case but my package arrived yesterday and I can’t wait to visit NYC to use it!

I ordered a Wonderbox and have been following when it was supposed to be shipped. It was supposed to ship 5 days ago so I decided to reach out to Customer Support to get an update on the status. I emailed them and the only response was for my order number, I sent it and then no one gets back to me. I have tried calling multiple times and it keeps saying their support center is closed when everywhere I look on their website says they are open 9am-5pm. I am getting so frustrated that I spent a lot of money and expected the gift to be delivered BEFORE Christmas but I can't even get ahold of someone. I read another recent review about them kind of complaining about the same issue and when they said they aren't convinced this is an actual company, I am actually starting to agree. I will never purchase from this company again nor would I ever recommend it.

I ordered a getaway box for my wife and I two weeks ago and we were able to book directly our hotel online. There is a broad choice of Hotel. We are going to Miami next week, very excited!

I ordered an AMC movie package on 11/30 for my daughter and son in law for Christmas. First of all customer service is very hard to get a hold of. When you do get someone they keep giving excuses and do not follow through with what they promised. I was promised a refund of my shipping because they lied about the carrier. I was promised a tracking number emailed to me. I was promised a call back or email from the manager, none of these happened. If you look on their site it states the box is shipped with UPS and you are charged for that. Your invoice also states UPS is the shipper when in fact it is USPS. They say they will email you a tracking number, that doesn’t happen. Supposedly first delivery attempt went to the wrong place but they wouldn’t provide a tracking number. After 3 email inquires, 2 chats through their site and 2 phone calls I was able to obtain a new tracking number with USPS. Still waiting to see if that will arrive. I would not ever use them and advise anyone else to use their service. It’s nothing but a hassle and a huge waste of time. I still am not even convinced it’s an actual real company.

I made two purchases last week. One purchase is fine and I am keeping it. The other purchase has multiple items on that one order and it turns out will not be able to be used. I am trying to get a refund within the time frame they specify. I have tried calling and always hear their line is closed even during business hours. I have sent emails with no response. I have done live chat with no response.

updated as of 9:45am 12/13: live chat finally answered. they said my email and refund will be done today or tomorrow. i said how the phone line cannot be reached and was told they are busy during the holidays. if you are busy, hire more staff!

update as of 11:54am 12/14: i went on live chat this morning and was told the refund has been requested. now they are waiting to be told when it is processed. i said i should be told these things as they happen. it should not be up to me to follow up.

update as of 2pm 12/14: i received notice of the credit being processed. i got a receipt for the credit. now i will make sure it hits my bank, etc.

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. I ordered a Broadway gift box from Amazon a gift. The box was not sealed so I decided to test it out to see if it works. Everything inside the box looks normal but when I tried to redeem, I realized the voucher code sent to me only has 9 digits, but the website says there's should be 12 digits. How can this company possibly send me a box with a 9 digit voucher code??? To make matters worse, there is no way to reach customer service. There's a live chat function but it's offline even though it's 2pm EST on a Thursday. Thank god I tried this out before gifting the box or it would have been an even bigger disaster and embarrassment.

I recently enjoyed a helicopter experience courtesy of Wonderbox US - a sheer delight! The process was hassle-free, thanks to their diverse offerings and excellent customer service.

I was looking for something different to tell the couple I appreciate all they have done for me. This seemed the best way and it is good for 5 years. Hope they enjoy as much as I am enjoying my home! Can't wait to send more experiences to the rest of my family!!

The occasion I purchased the Wonderbox for was fast approaching & I hadn't yet received the order or any notification. I reached out &, only then, was I informed that it was lost in transit. I was told that they would resolve the issue & expedite delivery a day before I needed it. I DID receive it in time, with one day to spare, but still with disappointing results. I ordered the Movie Theater Experience for 2 which, online, showed a fun box with graphics of popcorn, drink, & movie-themed items. What came instead was a generic box with unrelated pics that said Enjoy Wonderful Experiences. Once opened, the order wasn't even complete. It should have had 2 tickets, 2 drink vouchers, & 2 popcorn vouchers. There was only ONE popcorn. For the price of this "experience," I would have hoped for better quality control. I overspent to begin with but thought it would be a unique gift that was nicely packaged. I totally got gypped.
