Very helpful support rep help me do my first BTC redemption and get verified.

UPDATE - 7/28, after about 2-3 redemptions the site has totally ghosted me on redemption requests. support no longer responds, redemption sitting in 'review' now for weeks.

Customer service is amazing and the games are great.

I had a positive outlook when I signed up for this casino; however my patience has run out. I haven't been able to redeem because they still haven't completed verification. I've been waiting a week for them to verify my documents. Just as someone else stated, there's a place to upload the front of your license but not the back. After a couple of days and a couple of unanswered emails they finally reached out to me requesting a copy of the back of my license. That was 3 days ago and I can't get a reply from support. It's ridiculous that they take a week to verify your license and utility bill when all of these other casinos complete verification within minutes. It's unacceptable to take this long when there's so many other great casino sites to play at who have instant redemption. I personally wouldn't recommend this site due to this situation. No one wants to wait a week or more for their redemption.

Updating to give 5 stars customer service reached out and made it right. Updated and provided correct referral bonus, issue was caused by system error which is understandable at most promos anywhere are automated and not like it was a human error. Still giving them a go as they have a nice variety of games on their platform and really like the crypto option they provide.

Customer service gets an A++! Matt has been so great and helpful not once but several times over the last couple weeks or so. Very fast to respond and actually care if the customer is happy or not. My new "go to".

I purchased a couple of their welcome packages with no issues. That is until there was one. I purchased another coin package and was never credited for it. Ive tried to reach their support but couldn't get a response. Finally I was able to contact someone through their Facebook account. They then quickly resolved the issue. I certainly appreciate that person for getting things done. Because of them and them only I'm changing my review. However, maybe this is just a mishap due to them still being relatively new. So only time will tell where they go from here. Hopefully all the kinks get worked out. Because I feel like the site has some real potential to be a great place to play. I do appreciate this being resolved and hate that I had jumped to a negative conclusion.

The 50 cent daily bonus is pretty generous, but you have to use it within 24 hours or lose it.

What's the problem with me saving some of it up and using it when I have more time?

I received the welcome bonus and I ran my overall balance up to $31,000 but now when I try to access the site it says error 522 connection timeout and I cannot access the site. I also saw in previous comments say they don't payout cash and they do not require funds to unlock winnings. We'll they are asking me to pay $100 to get the $31,000

I love the fact that upon signup I as gifted no strings attached $250 balance to play with immediately won over 70 thousand but am now being told I must load $100 to activate and verify my account and then I will be able to withdraw seems like a easy way to get $100 out of me to go wouldn’t give up $100 for $70 bands

EDIT: I had a little snag during redemtion but customer support reached right out to help me. I recieved my redemtion less than an hour after I redeemed the way they suggested. Super stoked about this site!

I've been trying to get verified for a little while now and now I need to redeem but still waiting to get the verification completed. They are new so I'm trying to be patient and understanding.
I love their games so I hope this works out.

Don't bother playing here the slots will "crash" when spinning into a bonus round causing u to reset and u will lose the bonus and your money for the spin itself slots have no issues ok n crashing as long as your losing money spent $50 in .10 spins never got a bonus in a game I play so many other places never seen a bonus all I got was crashes save your money

i had a huge win at winera off my first purchase bonus! but am currently waiting on my KYC to be approved, after initially uploading the documents they asked for, they then asked for the back of my photo ID to be submitted as well as the front. the photo for document uploads only allowed for one photo to be uploaded. i asked support what to do and they didnt seem to know that i couldnt submit more photos. i gave support a picture of the back of my ID as they requested and they sent it in to the KYC department. this was two days ago now and ive yet to receive any email correspondence. my balance keeps growing but i am unsure if i will ever be able to cash it out due to the seeming non functionality of the KYC system. I spoke to live support several times and they assured me they filed a complaint within the KYC department. i am awaiting results. the process has been harrowing to get verified but if i am able to get verified and redeem my winnings, ill be happy to change my review to something more befitting a lengthy, yet hopefully fair KYC process and update you all accordingly.

I am updating my review to 4 out of 5 stars. The casino is obviously new so they do have a few kinks to work out with the process, but they made good on their promise and paid me out my winnings. Id say the experience was very worth the rating. I won a very substantial amount of money from a very small deposit and they followed through.

If you dont mind working with support a little to get yourself sorted I can definitely reccomend WinEra.

Well I sent bitcoin cash for the welcome package and my crypto verified it was sent but still haven’t received funds tried to message casino still no answer an no live support so hopefully I will receive and it’s just a lil more wait

Deposit Missing.

Purchased a package using crypto since its the only option here and its been almost an hour an still nothing. The payment has been taken out of my account, the transaction has been confirmed multiple times but still nothing on the website. If my money ever hits i will update this review but so far its not looking too good seeing how there is no live chat or support anywhere.
