My order didn’t register the discount code so Aileen was kind enough to apply the discount afterwards. She was fast and efficient in handling my issue with complete professionalism.
I always recommend wine insiders partly due to the excellent support and amazing selection, not to mention the fantastic discounts.

I had a great deal of trouble getting the website to let me place my order. Possibly because I had just changed my address to another state. Anyway, the fellow who helped me from Wine Insider was very helpful and I was finally successful.

I love wine insiders and have been a long term customer since the start of the pandemic, when I needed a delivery wine, and then have stuck with them ever since due to the amazing prices and qualities of the wine. I’ve rarely had a bottle I don’t like. Good quality and prices, fast and sustainable shipping, and great customer service.

Lenard was efficient and I experienced no problems with my request.

We have been purchasing from wine insiders for three years. We have never had a delivery in 3-4 days. Typically, our wine is delivered 5-6 days. Our current order was placed on 7/31/2025 and it is now 8/7/2025 and the order status is "in Process." Once it gets a tracking number, we will still have about 2-3 more days until our wine arrives. It's not like we live in a remote area. We live in Cincinnati.
Most of the wine is good, but there are some stinkers.

I have been ordering from wine insiders for a few years n their shipping was excellent.
However not now,I ordered my wine last July 30 n today is August 6th and they haven’t shipped my wine yet. This is ridiculous.
Before I used to get my wine in three days. This is the last time I’m ordering from wine insiders,they just lost my business.

Wine was supposed to arrive Wednesday at Fed ex store - and it was a no show until maybe today, but I've had no confirmation of arrival.3-4 days riding around Columbus in 90+ weather ought to do wonders for the 15 bottles of wine ordered. Call WI customer service yesterday and they said they would track it down and let me know w/i 24 hrs.-didn't happen.

This was my third order. I love their customer service as much as I love their wine, "Abbazia Moscato Rose Dolce". I had a question before ordering my third shipmemt. Eula was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. She helped me solve my problem quickly and efficiently, so I was able to continue with my order with no problem. I really appreciated Eula's help. She made my day more pleasant. KUDOS TO EULA! I wish everyone was like her.

Great selection of wines. My wife is tough to please when it comes to wines, and she has really enjoyed the wines that we receive.

I've always had a good experience with WI, and when a shipment to me was damaged by the shipper, they rectified it very quickly

Customer service was efficient and polite and followed up with my question.
I have been ordering wine with wine insiders and they have a large selection of wines that I otherwise wouldn't know about. And its delivered right to me door at a great price.

Agent was very helpful & quick in getting me an answer to my question on delivery.

I've been ordering from Wine Insiders for a while now
My last order was handled absolutely horribly. I placed the order on July 9th. The package was damaged in shipment. I called to get a clarification about the process of correcting the situation. I was told that the order was being processed again. Several days later I still had not received any communication that the wine had been reshipped. I sent several emails, getting a runaround each time. I was told that they couldn't resend the package until they had confirmation that FedEx had shipped the damaged order back to Wine Insiders.
I had purchased the package protection. The order should have been reprocessed immediately. It's been 14 days since my initial order. I had received no notification from Wine Insiders until I called them on July 23rd. I was told that the order had been repackaged and would be resent within the next couple of days.
I'm going to have to think about whether I will order wine from them again.

I ordered 3 cases of wine and noticed that the first order was more expensive than the second & third orders. One bottle was not discounted. Jonel adjusted the cost and gave credit towards my next order which will occur in the near future (LOL!). Thank you for good wine and good service.

I had an issue with a missing bottle of wine in my shipment. Fedex had repackaged my order and one bottle was missing, assume due to breakage. Wine Insiders were very prompt in dealing with this and issued me a credit. I have been very happy with the quality of the wines and service.

Read the ads they send you. They are written deceptively. I will not use this site ever again to order wine. There are more straightforward sites like Wins Enthusiasts

Had issues getting the promo discount on my wine, most likely due to user error. Using the chat option I was put in contact with John. He was great. He assisted me with getting the promo discount and made sure it was directed to my alternative delivery location. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thanks John.

Good honest company, but today they promised me
$8.99 a bottle but charged me $9.99 each for 14 bottles
