Great Customer Service
Ordered 21 bottles of wine on Sunday, but only received one tracking #. When the order arrived today Tuesday, only received one box of 6. Called and they answered right away with a live agent, and not an AI Bot, who said there was a second tracking # and it would be delivered tomorrow. He emailed me the tracking # too. Wine is good, and at a good price for drinking at home for dinner and cooking with. Delivery is fast.

I am a repeat customer, now disappointed.
I am a repeat customer. However today I went onto the website to build my case as usual, BUT, at checkout, I received a message stating that 4 of the wines I usually purchase are now not eligible to be shipped to my location. The website makes no mention of this as I was taking the time to build my case, and only at checkout did I learn that my order can't be processed. This is unacceptable as your site needs to post a message stating which wines are now not being shipped to my state. I would also like to understand the reason why this is happening.

Tracking Number obtained thru the "800" Number
After an initial I.D. request ( I signed in as a GUEST), I gave Customer Service my Order Number and she came up with the Tracking Info. I needed it( to be home) as a Signature Is Required for the Wine.

Serious Order Issues
Permanently closed my account!! After 5 days of creating this account mess, Customer service added my phone number and email to other person’s account in a different state and told me they fixed their error they created with the phone order. I have the screenshot they sent if you want it. I’m beyond the point of fed up with the mess they created and no longer trust keeping my account active or ordering from you again.
An order was placed on 9/1/25 that I did not order by the Wine Insider customer service. The other customer had the same name but lives in MI and I live in FL. Spent half day dealing this illegitimate order error and for it to be deleted from my account. This error also caused my default address to be switched to the wrong customer which I fixed. Not happy - going back to WSJ Wine. Also, be careful when ordering if going back to your cart to correct something because they’ll switch the shipping address to Dollar General or Walgreens causing another big mess!

When do I receive my order?
Their website shows shipping in 1-2 days but it takes more than week to schedule to ship. I made my order on 8/21 and as of 8/27, no shipping scheduled yet. I do not even know when I receive my order. Do they have cash flow issues? Dishonest service and totally disappointed.

Great Customer Service
I recently placed an order in response to an email offer for Labor Day and forgot to apply the discount when checking out. I wrote and asked for help and Jennifer was so very supportive and assisted me with sorting out my errors. I was able to cancel my erroneous order and reenter one correctly and Jennifer assisted me all along the way. I am looking forward to receiving and enjoying my wine order and am especially appreciative of Jennifer's help and the outstanding customer service she provided to me.
I highly recommend doing business with Wine Insiders. They are clearly a company that cares about their customers.

I have used them for over a year with…
I have used them for over a year with no problems. The orders came in a day or two. The last 2 times I ordered were horrible! The first order came over a week late. I sent many emails telling them to cancel it but they said I would have to pay a fee. The wind did finally come but very late. I figured I would give them another chance thinking it was a fluke thing, but the same thing happened. I spoke to someone on the phone, another country, and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I did finally get it cancelled and my money returned but took 2 weeks for the whole process. They should not take the money out of your account until the order is shipped. I will go to a new company. Not worth the aggravation. I would NOT recommend!!!
