I had a shipping issue (not wine insiders fault) but fedex and John and Lenard both were fantastic representives and handled the issue quickly! Great customer service!! Kudos!

The person who took my call addressed my concern (I think). I had asked that she send me either an email or text to confirm the change in delivery that we discussed. She indicated that she would send an email and confirmed my email address. Unfortunately, I have not received confirmation of the correction of delivery address for my order.

Initial shipping status was absent. After inquiring, I received excellent update as to why shipping is delayed. I think Wine Insiders could have been more proactive in letting customers know.

Difficult to understand an agent that doesn't enunciate clearly. I placesd an order on 07/07/25 at night #2131420 but the discount 'Winderful" that I entered was not applied. I was not able to go back and reentered the discount as it was marked order received. I called 07/08/25 to see if the discount could be applied or cancel the order if not. I was told the order can't be cancelled so I must refuse the shipment and Wineinsiders pays the extra cost! The agent said she would give !e a $25 credit? Why would I take a $25 credit when the discount was $75! This is the 4th time I have to call bcàuse there is a problem with your order system! I really like your wine but I don't think it is worth the extra time on my part!!

Customer service, good selection of wines in a good price.

Lenard was a great customer service representative!! He helped me get a refund for wine that wasn’t what I ordered. I so appreciate that! I also really like the pretty regular red wine case deals they have!

I can't say enough about Wine Insiders! Honestly, 5 stars is not enough. It has given me the opportunity to have great wine delivered to my doorstep, and also allows me to try delicious wine from all over the world.
Their customer service is fabulous, as they have the kindest people taking calls.
Do yourself a favor and try this company!! I love the fact that you can just order what you want, when you want. They offer discounts and special pricing throughout the year. Get on their email list!! You won't be sorry!

I second all the positive, exciting reviews I read about Wine Insiders (wine, shipping)!

Once again FedEx has manhandled my wine shipment. FedEx never tells you there's a problem only that there's a shipment exception. I called Wine Insiders and they took care of the issue and replaced the damaged shipment quickly. Thank you very much!

I mistakenly had the wine shipped to our home instead of my office, which requires a signature upon delivery. Thankfully, Wine Insiders' customer service responded within minutes and quickly resolved the issue. We've consistently had excellent experiences with them!

Company and the customer service rep was wonderful! Although, there was a hearing issue on my part and language barrier he was great to work with and patient with me

Sent wine to incorrect address. Solved my problem and corrected address. Thank you very much. I’ve used Wine Insiders for years and have always been happy with their wines and service.

Had some communication issues. Never received word that wine was delivered, to a hold location,but in checking found that it actually was. I believe the problem was actually with FedEx, not with wine insiders. Jonel at WI was very helpful in tracking it down.

I had to return 2 cases of wine since I had an emergency.
After one call and a few emails , John professionalism took care of it and he was on top of it , kept me in the loop of the situation .
So John, I hope you read this note or someone show it to you .. but you are a true professional guy and I want you to be recognized.
Also, clients are so quick to write a bad review for anything, but rarely write about something good about it.
