A Great Company
I have never had any problems working with this company. They are always quick to respond to any communication about any thing, no matter how small. Their products are first class, the service is first rate, and the prices are reasonable. I also like the ability to skip a month or more in my subscription whenever my freezer is full or money is extra tight. A great company in every way.

Great meats at a great price
I’ve been a member for many months now, and love the meats we’ve been getting. We greatly appreciate the grass-fed beef and the free-range pork and chicken. We especially appreciate that they are not given mRNA shots or added hormones! We love the taste and quality of everything we’ve had so far, and the customer service is excellent! I love that I’m allowed to manage the timing of my deliveries to a week when I’ll be home, and can change what types of meats we’ll be receiving. And the sales and add-ons! I only wish the bacon were cut in even slices, but it tastes fantastic so that totally makes up for it. And we sooo appreciate the prices—keep up the good work!

Thawed upon arrival
All ice was melted and some of the meats were thawed when it arrived. We cooked one of the hamburger packs and a few steaks. They were very poor quality. I’m afraid to try any of the rest. I regularly use one of their competitors and have never had these problems before.

I liked the organic and free from toxins part, but the ground beef always had bone fragments in it and the other cuts of beef were always tough and you couldn't even chew it. The chicken was so small. Also we were promised the price would stay the same when we signed up and they raised it anyway.

The concept is excellent but the product is lacking
The concept is excellent but the product is lacking. The chickens for instance were the size of Cornish game hens not whole chickens.The meat was average and I would rather support my local farmer and organic grocer than have random meat pieces delivered. Plus it seems terribly difficult to cancel after our first box! This is maddening in my opinion and very duplicitous

The packaging was not sealed, they wouldn't help
The packaging was not sealed correctly, so the meat was rotten or freezer burned in my fridge. When I told them this, they refused to honor their product and would not refund or replace it.

Meat was low quality, tough and tasteless
The box came as stated and was frozen and packed well. The packaging does leak once thawed so be prepared for the leakage. I cancelled the subscription after our 1st box, the flat iron steaks were so tough and the brisket we couldn't even chew. Even though they were cooked properly as we have made these many times before, they were tasteless and VERY tough. Sad to say we were so disappointed.

I am so impressed with Wild Pastures. We've raised our own meat pigs organically, and have purchased 1/4 or 1/2 steers locally for our freezers, but we are overloaded with meat, not to mention ruin expensive. I was super skeptical that the meat would be good and was pleasantly surprised. This sounds paid for (and it's not) but the beef was a deep red color, and flavorful, the fish was so incredibly fresh, the breakfast sausage is our family's new favorite (even above our own.) Customer service has been impeccable. Can't say enough good things.

After reviewing different pasture-raised meat services online, I decided to choose Wild Pastures, and I am glad I did so. Wild Pastures is more affordable, I enjoy the quality of the meats and the meat selections. I also am pleased with the notifications of the delivery process anticipating with confidence when it will arrive so I can put the meats in the refrigerator immediately. The meats come frozen and well packed. Customer service is top notch. All my emails are responded quickly, and the representatives are very helpful and ensure I am satisfied.
