Really fast delivery and very good with communication!

J’ai acheté une perruque Glueless Body Wave Pre-Cut début avril suite à plusieurs vidéos vu sur le net.
Au première abord j’étais plutôt satisfaite, belle custom.

Premier bémol : La perruque était assez grande alors que j’ai pris une taille standard comme d’habitude heureusement que l’élastique était là.
Je me suis dit c’est pas grave il y a l’élastique ou au pire je vais coller.

Deuxième bémol : à 1 mois de l’achat la lace devant s’abîme rapidement et à l’arrière de la perruque c’est toujours emmêler malgré soins et coiffure matin et soir.

Voilà pourquoi je suis déçue pourtant je tiens à souligner que l’envoi est rapide. Le service client envoi un mail pour nous demander confirmation de notre commande.
Dommage que la perruque ne suit pas.

Omg where do I start the wig is beautiful very thick soft no shedding and when I put it on it literally looked like it was growing from my scalp I am super satisfied

First off the customer service is top tier!!!! No lie i had order my wig late and thought i wasn’t going to get it back in time, but nope i msg them and next thing i know my wig was at my door step. The hair is bomb asf!!! I have purchased my first wig with them and it’s a pre style, pre bleached, wear & go wig. The wig is soft too. It also did had a little smell but like others say a quick wash will do the trick. I will be ordering again.

This is my 4th wig from this company however this is my first coloured wig. The hair was beautiful and very soft but had a smell that was easily remedied with a quick wash. Customer service is always top quality and I will definitely be buying from wiggins hair again.

Customer service was excellent! I received my wig approximately a week later. Hair is true to length and beautiful. I hate a see through wig this ain’t one it’s very full. Lace blends great and it’s pre plucked and pre bleached.

This is probably the best hair company I’ve ordered the from. The hair is absolutely beautiful! This company is very accommodating to their customers. I misunderstood the shipping times and placed an order on a wig, well the wig was suppose to arrive later because it needed to be customize. I contacted customer service and let them know I misunderstood the shipping and needed the wig sooner. They sent me a 180 density wig and did not charge extra! It arrived on time! Thank you so much! So not only will you receive quality hair, you’ll receive great customer service. This company will be my go to from now on!

I ordered a full lace wig w/ 180% density. I was thrilled as it's hard to find full lace with 180% density. After wearing the wig for a week there was a 6" line down the back of the wig where there was no hair. I tried and tried everything I could think of from washing it several times to adding setting lotion to try and cover this 6" line. I also tried sewing that area together but that didn't work so I tried sewing even more of the lace trying to cover it up. Spoke with the company numerous times but they were only interested in blaming it on something I did. I will never purchase from them again. Very disappointed. $400 wasted
