This is the most dishonest hair company I have ever encountered. Buy from them at your own risk. Not only do they mix human hair with synthetic fibers, but they also lie and refuse to resolve any issues. It is a complete shame and a total waste of money. They refused to accept a return, falsely claiming that my hair dye made the product coarse. If anyone wants to see pictures of the terrible quality hair they sell, please feel free to contact me. Truly shameful.

I love this hair/wig company! They sell top of the line, high quality custom wigs at affordable prices! Their customer service is phenomenal and they have fast shipping too! I have purchased 3 beautiful wigs from Westkiss so far! I love this company and I love their beautiful custom wigs! 💕 🫶♥️

DO NOT WASTE MONEY. HUMILIATING the wig is very pretty and you can throw it on and off. it's the viral m shaped wig. they offer money for good reviews/videos in the box. WIG SMELLS LIKE FISH!!! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU WASH IT. They also promised a free gift which they forgot and had to send multiple in return. Buy this wig if you want to look pretty and have people wondering if you smell like fish

DO NOT SHOP FROM WESTKISS HAIR‼️‼️ THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THIEVES, and DISHONEST ‼️‼️ I ordered from their TikTok shop and I NEVER received my order! It’s been over 3 weeks! At first they were pretending to be nice and they accepted accountability for me not receiving my wig. They promised to refund me multiple times! They even tried to break TikTok policy by wanting to refund me by Zelle/paypal but I refused because it’s against TikTok policy! It’s been three weeks and they’ve e been giving me the round around and making up excuses on why I haven’t been refunded yet! I’m sick and tired of it! Once I realized they were not going to refund me I left them a 1 star review. That’s when their attitude completely changed! Not only did they refused to refund me, now they’ve become very disrespectful, antagonizing and teasing me with the fact I didn’t get the wig or refund, been non complaint, and unprofessional towards me. They even blocked me on their TikTok page after exposing them for being scammers! I wish I can post screenshots on here! Very disappointing as it’s my first time ordering from their company and that wig was supposed to be worn for a special occasion!

Whether it’s Westkiss hair on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or website, it’s all still ONE company together! And I’m here to say that if I’m not refunded I will file a lawsuit against Westkiss hair. The Westkiss hair on TikTok laughed and teased me but they won’t be laughing much longer once I take this company to court! This is my final warning against Westkiss hair. GIVE ME MY REFUND YOU SCAMMER or I promise to carry out my threat!

Very unreliable shipping. Got screwed twice which left me scrambling.

The hair was super thin and was not true to length.

The company is a SCAM. After paying for the wig and delivery, a few days later they ask you to pay 35$ extra via PayPal, which is shady by itself, but moreover BREAKS THEIR OWN TERMS OF SERVICE! Nothing from the listed: 1. Taxes, 2. Address change, 3. Cancellation, was listed as a reason and still I got charged. The email sounded like a scam and they tried to charge me in Singaporean Dollars first! This is an unacceptable and unprofessional business practice. Don't order anything from this brand!

Honestly, I had a great experience ordering from WK Hair Company...this might be the best and easiest purchase from all the other hair websites.
I chose the hair that I liked, made my purchase, got a confirmation email...and my hair arrived within 24 hrs!!
This hair looks really beautiful! It's full, soft & shiny... I tested the hair with a little water spritz which seems pretty easy to manage. :)

I can't even explain how appreciative I am of the customer service rep at West kiss. My birthday is in 2 days and helped me get my wig today omg. Like you don't understand how greatful I am. I contacted West kiss 3 days ago and let them know I need my hair best birthday is this weekend and they helped me find a wig in the USA store instead of waiting for the hair in China to arrive. They weren't mean or rude towards me which is so refreshing to see because baby I've met some rude CSR. That's y I always shop this store because they genuinely care about their customers and will go above and beyond for them. I can't wait to take cute pics in my new wig. Thank you again West kiss for coming through for me. I received my hair today yall toooooday like if that's not what great customer service means then Idk. You've made my birthday special 💕 thank you.

Very bad shipping services it been 13 days I still haven’t received my wig & the mess up part about it is they have no ideal where the package is DONOT waste ya time ordering from this merchant there are other merchants out there with good delivery services I though I give them a chance I though wrong now I’m out of 280.00$ with no wig & they are not tryer cancel the order or even respond to the open dispute I have against them very disappointed

I highly recommend West Kiss for your hair care needs. The product comes as pictured. Someone from the team always confirms your order, shipping details, etc. communication is excellent and I have been very pleased with all of my purchases.

Wig quality isn’t great. The smell is horrible, I’ve washed the wig at least 4 times and it still doesn’t smell great, STINKS, never had a wig smell this bad. Almost like it’s been excessively overprocessed. Curls don’t last at all in this wig (it’s a body wave wig). I’m so glad I only bought one wig from Westkiss. Don’t believe all the good reviews on TikTok and online. Emailed about being unhappy with the smell, and all they said was to wash thoroughly (I’ve washed it at least 4 times and it still stinks)! Only good thing was that at wig was a good length. Very disappointing as the wig was pricey, I’ve had shein wigs for half the price that were so much better.

Love the hair quality, and the company provides great guidance on customization. Had some delivery confusion when I requested a change to FedEx pickup. I took a few back and forth emails to get the right tracking information, but they did resolve it. The hair itself is exactly what I wanted, and their customer service team worked with me to sort out the shipping issue. Would order again!

Do not order from here unless you want to wait over a month for your wig to arrive after shipping. All they will say is they are URGING the courier to hurry with your delivery which means nothing when they’ve been “URGING”the courier for weeks—allegedly! Horrible experience! Do NOT recommend and will not use again!

This has been my 4th time ordering with West kiss hair. I have tried other brand, but west kiss has seem to be the most reliable brand and longevity when it comes to their hair. No tangle or much shedding.. the hair still has its volume and this is more than 2 months .Just received another hair in chocolate brown, the only issue I’m having is the split ends seem to be a lot. But I was able to make it work and it still came out good. Other then that I’m very pleased with my hair..
