I have nothing but the highest praise for WhyPay? The system was fast, precise and impeccably delivered. I will use this regularly at least until COVID19 becomes no threat. My three colleagues who joined me in the call were equally impressed. FAB-U-LUSS !!!!!

Thanks AJ - you can find the number of participants that joined your call if you log in to your WHYPAY? dashboard, select the conference room you wish to see the call history for and then select the previous conferences tab.
This will show you the time, date and duration of previous calls along with the number of participants. If you subscribe to our Plus or Pro plans, it's also where you will be able to download call recordings.

This is not free at all.
This is not free at all. To have any moderator controls or to record, you have to pay. You also can not see the numbers that called in (unlike other free conferences) The only thing that doesn't cost is for the phone bill but most conference calls are 03 numbers.

We're so sorry to read your review and do pride ourselves on our free service, which we've been operating for many years.
Our charge of £4 per month for moderator control and call recording helps us cover infrastructure / call recording storage costs, but our standard service, which includes unlimited access to your conference room, up to 50 participants on a call and online scheduling is completely free to use.

An extremely good platform for our group to keep in touch. Some of our members don’t have access to internet, so WhyPay is an obvious service. It’s easy to use and free!
Would have been helpful to have some guidance on how to conduct calls, so that everyone had a chance to speak, but we are learning!

However one person who tried to join my conversation found it difficult to follow the instructions to join the room as they are hard of hearing and the instructions were spoken rather too quickly for them to understand. Perhaps these could be explained more slowly and clearly as it was speed rather than volume that was the problem.
