Was tasked with setting up a new computer and needed some support from wavenet. Many thanks to Lorna Soares who made the process fluent for me and helped set up everything I needed with efficiency whilst also answering any technical questions which could help me further down the line :)

Emus was very helpful and professional. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Emus made onboarding with Wavenet through my company's WiFi super straightforward. He replied to my initial email within 5 minutes and I was logged in within another 5. Very easy.

I don't know where all these 5 stars are coming from because this is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life.

Took them 2 months to reply to an email, did not support when our company phone lines dropped out and we had no phones for over 8 hours of trading.

The list is endless but honestly, do not believe the 5 stars, and avoid this company.

David McCree from Wavenet, I contacted directly due to his prior assistance with network issues. Within minutes, David successfully identified and resolved the problem, ensuring my devices were operational. I appreciate the prompt and efficient support provided.

Emus Omamogho was helpful, quick, and managed to set us up with the tech solution that we needed when we were under significant time constraints, working with editors in different time zones. He came through for us. He reduced what would have been a very long, extensive headache into three emails and an activation. Highly recommend.
