Would you believe doing a simple answer phone message recording on the phone could be such a task...
Well it did but luckily for us rang lily explained we were going to be out of office for a funeral and needed a quick answer phone message asap and they did delivered promptly and efficiently, the message let our customers know when we would be back that day.

We are extremely pleased with our recent upgrade to a cloud-based phone system. The whole process was smooth and professionally managed from start to finish. The new system has significantly improved call quality, reliability and flexibility, making it much easier for our staff to communicate with customers. I really wish we’d requested more in writing.
I would say we’ve worked with the company for some years now, but that’s not true. Simply, we’ve been the ones working to get some support, to get Lily to stick to what was promised, to get Lily to stop excusing their lack of telecoms that underpins our organisation, to get Lily to wade through their previous comm’s to us on how they said they would provide a service that till this day, still isn’t being provided. The lies and deceit, the constant underperformance of their service and passing the book, anyone would think it’s a Netflix series we’re describing. We can’t wait to leave and use someone more reputable.

After getting through a longer telephone security check than usual before she could help me, Deja then got straight to the problem. She fixed the glitch in a fast efficient manner with no fuss or drama. I was very happy with her service. Keep it up.
