It was excellent work
It was excellent work. The detail was amazing. It was identical to the picture.
The person I gave it to was speechless and tearful. It was a picture of his mother before she was sick and passed away. It was the person he remembered and it brought back various happy memories.
I am an artist as well but I could never do portraits.

Portrait not delivered
The portrait was shipped from China and the package was crushed and empty when it arrived via FedEx yesterday. I am canceling the order and will purchase locally so I can get the portrait for a near term birthday.

As we did understand your sentiments behind getting the artwork done, we reported the incident to FedEx immediately. In addition, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. We thus started working on a replacement artwork on priority for you while FedEx was investigating and trying to locate the artwork. We also commissioned the replacement artwork and shipped it on priority for you and hope you liked it and that your wife would cherish it too. Though such unfortunate incidents are rare, we will certainly work with FedEx to avoid them in our future projects together. Sissy memorial
I lost my beloved dog Sissy in July. I wanted a painting of her. I found your ad on FB, and ordered. I was so impressed with the communication and suggestions. I ordered a smaller version, and they told me a larger one would please me more. They were correct. I love it and my Sissy watches me no matter where I am in the room. The turn around time was within a month, which was amazing. I will recommend this company to my people.

Beautiful artwork a bit of an email exchange
By the time was all said and done ,it was an honest fair price, the artwork was perfect and my wife cried. I was no longer in the dog house, however since most of the artists work at night I was only able to get one email off a day and only receive one email a day. So if you want it to be a swift conversation and almost instant response you won't get that. It took me almost 10 day so solidify exactly how I wanted the artwork, now some of that was probably my own arrogance but still frustrating and once you get to talking to the artist it was smooth just took a minute. All in all I am happy
