They give you final approval of the mock-up before beginning the actual art. The whole process was fast, and my mother had it by Mother's Day. I never thought she would get it on time, but she did with time to spare. The portrait of my late father is absolutely perfect! It exceeded expectations!

What A Company. The process was so easy and transparent. Whenever I had a question, someone would always get back to me. I had an idea and they worked with me until it was just what I was looking for. I had the final product, 30x20 oil painting within one month of my fist contacting.
