The product It’s just amazing, I use it once a week and have seen increíble results. My skin has a beautiful Glow, my lines diminish with every use and the skin looks firmer.

However my Experience with Client Support hasn’t been very good. I’ve written like 5 emails the Past month and a half, and haven’t got any response.

I had high hopes for this product. There’s some learning curve with how to properly place and fit the mask to your face, which is fine. But they’re way too expensive to not be transparent about that. In terms of quality, I didn’t feel the results were any better than basic face masks you can find at Target. Plus, you have to wear it all night. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but I would definitely say it was more cumbersome than what I want to wear on my face while I sleep. Especially when it starts to peel.

I keep receiving emails asking to review the product I have not received.

Still waiting for receipt of my 4 free masks. It’s been over 2 months.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They added over $100 to my order that I did NOT authorize. I reached out to them many many times over the course of weeks, but they haven't responded to even one of my emails. The only time they reached out was when they asked me to drop the dispute with my credit card company. This company is a joke, beware of providing any sort of payment information as they will just start adding things to your order you never authorized.

I still have not received my mask yet. It’s been since the first week of April & still nothing. The tracking isn’t updating so I have no idea where my mask are.

Terrible customer service….sent an email weeks ago with questions about my order and still no response, yet I have received 3 email asking how I am enjoying the product.

I have used, and will continue to use products from Wellnature. Every thing I got from has been fantastic. The hair has done wonders for my hair. Leaving soft, silky and a beautiful shine. The face mask is just what my poor face has needed. Since using the mask, my skin looks and feels so much better. Love everything from Wellnature.

After several attempts of trying to get a response from this company, I have yet to hear from them. This product is sub par, took over a month to arrive, and does not work as advertised. If I could put no stars I certainly would. Hopefully this review will prompt a response!!

I placed an order for the face masks beginning of April for 60.00 and as of date have not received an order update.

I received this email just now to leave a feedback about the product. O,well….I didn’t even receive the product so I”ll have something to rate. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and my order is still not here. So disappointed!

Hi ! I am excited to try the masks but they have not arrived yet!

I bought the masks, which were good. I also purchased a Honey and Tallow Balm In the wellnature brand. It had four ingredients and no petroleum byproducts. When I received it, it was mostly mineral oil, a different brand, a different name, made in China, and had crap in it. I wrote to them six times asking for my money back and they didn’t even read my emails. Meanwhile, I’m getting so many emails to share my thoughts. It has been a big pain in the ass to go through my credit card to get my money back and it is taken over two hours. Don’t purchase from here it’s just such a mess and you will waste money and spend a lot of time trying to regain it

The product is excellent quality and made my skin look hydrated and my pores MINIMAL!!

I have sent three emails regarding my order to no response. I ordered the four face masks, and you get four free. I only received four. I ordered the collagen hair mask and never received that. I was charged in full for the products I ordered.

I recently ordered the tallow balm and I am extremely disappointed. Firstly, the balm is not a balm, but a very lightweight cream. Secondly, despite the ingrediant list on the tallow balm not listing any scents (and promoting its natural qualities), the balm is heavily scented, smelling so richly synthetic that I cannot wear it.
I have emailed the company on multiple occasions and not heard back.
Very, very disappointing!

I have not received my product yet. Do you have any idea where it is? My order number is 94265

First my package came in damaged and one of the masks has leaked during transport. Second, this product don’t do much for me. I don’t think it’s amazing and the ads lead me to believe it was so much better than it actually is. It was also expensive.
