I was scammed by this company, no phone number to call, multiple emails - zero response. Terrible business.

My first mask didn't seem to do anything. I left it on all evening and took it off in the morning and there was no change.

I purchased these masks for the first time when there was a promotion; buy four and get four for free. Only the four I purchased arrived. I emailed to ask why I did not receive the additional free ones as advertised and have yet to hear back. Maybe there is fine print somewhere that no one can see. Disappointing as a first time customer and regardless of how much I might enjoy the product, which I have yet to try, I now no longer trust the company.

This company is bogus !!! Ordered product on March 5, still have not received.
Stay away from this Company!!!!

Fine. Nothing close to the hype. These are good masks though they are a bit overpriced due to the hype. My biggest concern is these are not Korean. Their formulation idea may be based in Korean skincare but they are made in China. China makes great products, I just dont want them making my skincare. Shipping is painfully slow. Customer service is virtually non existent.

You advertised buy 4 masks, get 4 free. It was over $60 after shipping. I was so excited to try it and only received 4 masks in total. I would have never spent that amount for so few masks. I emailed multiple times and even sent a DM on Instagram and no response. Not impressed with this company and how you tip buyers off.

When I put in my order it added several items I did not choose and added them as an “updated order” 1 minute after placing my first order. I have been trying for days to get a hold of someone to cancel my order and the customer service is terrible. I got this email to do a review rather than addressing my concerns

Apart from waiting for a very long time for my order to arrive, it was with great anticipation that I have opened my package. It was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to see that the Collagen eye cream was replaced with Snail cream. I did not order it, and don't want to use it. However, the Collagen Mask (like glass), is FANTASTIC. My skin just soaked up every drop, and my skin feels smooth and so well hydrated. I love it.

I received my masks but also received three large bottles of Ordinary Toner. I remember there were several add- on things and get I most likely accidently selected that, but it is difficult to return and I overpaid for those bottles and do not need three.

I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed customer service multiple times and have gotten no response from anyone. I placed my order on 2/28.

I made my first order sure to have bought the pack with 8 masks, but instead I bought it twice by mistake. I realized that one minute after paying the order and I immediately wrote to Wellnature asking not to send the second pack and to refund the second kit paid by mistake.
I have sent several messages (email and Facebook) but no one has replied so far. I’ve been waiting for a response since April 3rd. And none of the kits have arrived yet. Very disappointed

Hello. I’ve sent a couple of emails regarding my order that I never received and have t heard back from anyone. I was really excited to try these since my anniversary is coming up. Disappointed I still haven’t received them. And paid over $100 for this!

Tried to cancel my order, they won't even reply, still have not received the order, it's a scam for sure.

I didn’t feel great taking the product. My joints ached even more, and I have concerns about its effect on my liver and kidneys as a diabetic.

Horrible. It took almost a month to receive my first package, then the other one didn’t arrive, so I only received half of my order. Then, when I emailed them about it they didn’t even respond. They only give an email for their customer service. I even paid for shipping protection, which they didn’t honor. You can’t trust this company.

This is a scam website. They take cheap products and sell them as their own. The products I received were not as advertised. They are cheap substitutes. Totally different brands, NOT WellNature. Took almost a month to arrive. Can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund. Buyer beware!

I ordered from them, spent 157usd including priority delivery but didn’t receive a delivery update and order cannot be found on their website until after 4 days. Now another 4 days had passed and no update still on the tracking number they have provided. I sent couple of emails, messaged them on instagram but no response. It’s better to order from amazon than from this website because I’ve seen so many customers who has the same complaints. I should have read the comments and reviews prior to ordering from them.

18 days and counting still waiting for product to arrive......

I didn’t receive the 4 free masks for the April special. Despite emailing twice, I have yet to hear back. I never would’ve spent $60 on 4 masks, and am extremely frustrated that I didn’t receive the 4 additional masks. I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service as well.
