Total Let Down! Not great as I hoped, First..it took forever as it was coming from China. The facial mask rips easily, its not cut great to the eye opening. There was no glow as I slept with it on. My face wasn't extra moisturized or felt any different than normal. I bought into the hype and was let down. Buy organic castor oil and organic Frankencinse, you'll be happier with the results.

Shapes for the face crudely cut, as if cut out with scissors by a child. Serum was like water in packaging. Not as advertised. Would like a full refund.

I have used the face masks & have noticed absolutely no difference on how my skinny looks. Definitely just another overpriced false hope advertisement on Facebook..

I love this product, it works exactly like all the videos and my skin glows and literally has less defined lines. I’ve read reviews about being automatically charged for a subscription and auto renewal- so far this hasn’t happened. I was disappointed to find after ordering during a sale that the price was in USD and not AUD and didn’t actually know that until I had checked out and paid

This is one of my worst purchases. The "mask" is a joke. Not only does it NOT give the glassy complexion, it actually dries out my skin. Just horrible.

Ordered April 3rd. The website claims it will ship in 24-48 hours. Tracking number says the shipping label was created on April 9th with NO updates. Emailed hello @ wellnature.com asking for updates with screenshot of tracking saying “USPS awaiting item” and no response. Still haven’t received my order, but the company emailed me asking for a review…. Beginning to think this is a scam website.

As ive not received my purchase yet and have had no joy getting any responses to my emails im hoping this will be get someones attention. Come on guys. Order # 81400 and tracking doesnt work. A1030004-182CA9BEB4F33D9A-34499C69

Please send replacement as its in your benefit as i was hoping to retail them from my business if i could have sampled first.

These masks are amazing! I am 48 and have not found anything that moisturizes and tightens my skin like these! I bought 8 and have used them twice. Each time I have had some random person compliment me on my skin. That has never happened!

I ordered 14 March and as at today, still not received anything, having spent the best part of USD 80.00 on products. I've emailed 9 April and 15 April asking for an update on the odlrder and had no response. Today, I get asked to do a TrustPilot review...will this make them respond back to me?

Haven't recrived the product yet. However, their work on Customer Service has been outstanding. I asked them to cancel my second order due to an error I made and they helped me instaneously. They refunded me immediately. :-)

I ordered the product on April 5th, 11 days after and I still haven't received it. So I just can't rate the product at all.

I purchased the glass facial masks when it was buy 4 get 4 free. I only received 4 masks. I sent an email to Wellnature and no response. I will never order from them again unless they make good on their mistake.

I have not yet received my order to give it a review as requested.

I waited extremely long for order to get there only to be missing all but one item. I ordered 6 things. Sent 3 emails and no response but they still charged me.

It really leaves a fresh glowy skin. Great product

I ordered the buy 4 get 4 masks from an ad on instagram. Not only did the shipping take forever I only received 4 masks. I emailed about this and never heard back. So my review would be 1 star for service and timeliness.
