If I could give it zero stars I would. My order never arrived and after at least 10 emails to them I have not even recieved a reply. This is a scam.

I am BEYOND disappointed with this company! I ordered the Original Overnight Collagen Mask, there was a deal if you bought 4 you get 4 free and then I also ordered The Collagen Eye Cream, so a $71 order. I ordered April 7th and I got an email a few days later saying it was on its way, then I received an email saying it was ready to ship. It's now the 19th and I have consistently checked the status which according to the site hasn't changed however I have emailed the company 5 times VIA the Shop App and through the Well Nature Store and have not received a SINGLE response to tell me WHERE my order is or WHAT the issue is. I did however receive an email from the "founder " saying I hope you're loving your skincare products and wanting a REVIEW on here! Well, you got it! I am again, so disappointed and really just angry at this company. The lack of communication,customer care is non-existent and at this point it really seems like a scam.

Scam, horrible customer service.

I received my 2 boxes of the collagen mask about 3 weeks after I ordered them and one of the boxes of masks was soaked underneath the plastic wrap indicating that one or more of the masks burst open and leaked. The other box, also containing four masks, was not damaged. I have sent two emails and a message through social media regarding the damaged products. I inquired what their policy is for items damaged during shipping. I also provided my order number. I still have not heard back from the company and still have an unopened box of masks. Definitely disappointed in their customer service.

Amazing! Loved the overall look and feel of my skin the next morning. And sleeping with the mask on is truly not an issue!!

Tracking shipping days changed from 3 to 6 back to 3. I've questioned the status with no response. Concern that I ordered & paid for 8 masks but received 4, not known if shipped separately,

I have reached out repeatedly about retuning some packages. Somehow I selected the incorrect number or misunderstood and ordered way too much. No one has responded how to return.
I do not like leaving it on for 3 hours!!!

What went wrong is the fact that I placed this order February 1 to this day I have not received it. I’ve sent emails. I’ve gone on the page for contact support and also send messages on your page on Instagram and no one has gotten back to me and my order was never received. This is February 1 that I placed it and we’re already almost in May a $60 order for nothing.

I still haven’t received my product. I’ve emailed customer service three times with no response.

Yes, this collagen mask does make your skin hydrated with collagen for a week!

Never received order. No response from Customer Service for help.
But my money was taken without any problem!!

Love this stuff and always quick delivery

I’m not a big fan of these masks. They’re difficult to apply since they come in two pieces, and the top portion doesn’t fit well—especially around the eyes. There are also areas the mask doesn’t fully cover. Takes a long time to absorb, and once they dry and turn clear, they get uncomfortably tight—definitely not something I could sleep in. I didn’t notice much improvement under my eyes, though they did leave my skin feeling soft. Unsure if I’d repurchase.

Standard purchase process, quick and efficient. There is nothing standard about this product! I have used 2 times and each morning I have woken up with amazingly soft, fully moisturized skin and feeling I lost years off my appearance. Highly recommend.

I never received my order. I’ve continued to wait but alas, still don’t have my face masks. Please help as I’d love to try them.

I ordered the collagen face mask on April 9th. Seven days later, today is April 16th and the product still hasn’t shipped. The pending shipping tracking looks like it will be shipping from overseas….China perhaps? despite WellNature’s advertised address in St Petersburg FL.

I accidentally placed an order and sent an email right after to cancel it. No response.
Then a couple of weeks later, my order arrived and instead of the 4 masks plus four free I was promised in the ad, only four arrived.
I’ve sent emails and mentioned it online but no one ever responds.

These guys are an absolute ripoff. Took my money Monday as soon as I placed order and have yet to dispatch my order WARNING WARNING STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE ⛔️
