Wellnature 

The masks I received were not the same as the masks in the video provided by wellnature. The shape of the mask is different. The cut outs are different. I have to cut the mask just to get it to lay on my face. After the first time use I didn’t see any difference however my skin was soft. I thought well it’s only the first time it’ll get better on the next uses. Unfortunately, it hasn’t.

The product itself is quite good and delivers as expected.
However, I was disappointed with the recent promotion—“Get 4 FREE MASKS”—as I did not receive the promotional items as advertised. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and DM on Instagram over the past two weeks, I haven’t received any response.

Customer service is an important part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, this has left me feeling quite let down. While I appreciate the quality of the product, I’m unlikely to repurchase or recommend it, especially given the many alternatives on the market that offer both effective products and responsive after-sales support.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! All of the masks I ordered looked like they were cut by a toddler with safety scissors. None of the eye/mouth cutouts were the right shape, or in the right position. I had to trim them myself, and then use the pieces I trimmed in order to fill in the holes. When opening the masks they were all a jumbled mess, and looked absolutely nothing like they do in their advertisements. Lastly, delivery time was excessive. I highly recommend ordering a different brand from Amazon or another reliable site, even if it costs more to do so. At least then you would be guaranteed to receive your order within a few days, and you will have a quality product.

Took several times to contact them before I received it! Unfortunately .. it didn’t work like I was hoping. Made me break out .. I haven’t had pimples in years!

Update its been 2 months they have not sent the replacement like they committed to. So Im reinstating my original 1 star. What a waste of breath time and money.

Update: The company has reached out and offered to send the missing masks. I will update
a final review of the company and the product, if and when the masks are recieved. But I am happy they are attempting to rectify the problem. That is a positive direction.

Pretty disappointed that I specifically followed the link on their website to get the buy 4 get 4 deal and I only got one pack of 4. I reached out to the company and they just want me to spend more money buy more and then they will give me the 4 free. Who in their right mind would spend more money after they didnt get what they ordered? Pretty sad.

This company is a scam! I have attempted to contact them regarding an order that I have been charged for but never received but no response. I have gone to the website to enter my order number and it indicates there is no order with the number order that they provided to me at time of purchase. I'm going to proceed with legal action with my credit card company & an attorney!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I never received my order or a refund for my order. Emailed 5+ times with no solution. They tell me it shows delivered by some rinky dink delivery service that I’ve never heard of before but can’t prove it by a photo or anything like that. Extremely unhappy because I was really looking forward to using these mask and eye cream.

It's a scam. They charges twice and never received what I ordered. When I emailed their customer service I got an automatic reply back, no help at all.

One of my masks had been leaking out and I have tried to reach the company 3 times now without any response.

What a joke this company is a SCAM if I have ever seen one never received my package. But constantly get emails asking me did I enjoy my product. When I email demanded refund I got a fake tracking number . You people should be ashamed TRASH TRASH TRASH
