SCAM alert! I ordered over $120 worth of masks and it's been nearly two months and nothing. I've emailed 6 times. No response. Any help on getting a refund I will gladly take the advice

Products never arrived. It's been over a month. Customer service has nit responded to four messages. Beware of this company. Scam!

Warning!! This company is a scam operation out of China. The website does NOT offer a phone number, claims fast shipping (FALSE) and is impossible to reach. All claims are false. I reported them to my credit card company and was able to claw my money back thankfully. I don’t trust any product coming from a company in hiding

WellNature and 57 Track
I ordered from WellNature on 16 March 2025 and they supposedly use "57 Track" as their courier service. The tracking showed movement until 14 April 2025, then stopped. Despite multiple emails to WellNature, I received no response. "57 Track" does not appear to be a recognized courier in South Africa, raising concerns about its legitimacy. I have not received my parcel, and this experience feels unreliable. I caution others to research thoroughly before ordering from WellNature.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order and then before shipment was made requested a refund. I didn’t hear anything back for days and then got an e-mail saying one of my items was shipped. I followed up asking if it could be cancelled since I requested a refund. Crickets. I sent them a DM on Instagram and they responded instantly on what I should do. I advised that I had already done that but still hadn’t heard anything and then stopped responding to me. Over two weeks later, multiple follow e-mails sent and no response from the company, several Instagram messages sent where they have been seen but not response. I would avoid this company at all costs and it looks like they don’t really care about customer satisfaction or service. By not responding or processing a refund is their way of taking your money.

Never received the product. They charged me $60. They Will not answer any emails. I’ve emailed at least 10x. No other form of contact available. I reported to FTC and IG fraud departments.

I spent 80€ on the promotion "buy 4 / get 4 free" and did not receive the 8 extra masks as was advertised. Of course, customer support is non existent. I sent a complaint email that wasn't even answered. However, what I do receive is tons of marketing emails from Wellnature with other (I presume fake as well) promotions to buy more products and become an affiliate. On top of that, once I received the package I could confirm that the full ingredient list is not openly disclosed on their website. It is not as natural as they advertise, and after trying the product once I wasn't impressed with the results. Not only that, I got three pimples (I never have pimples). Do not waste your money, the hype is just fake. I should have read this product's reviews on Trustpilot before buying, as I see I'm not the only one who never received what they paid for. Paula

I never received the product I ordered. This company is a scam! Don’t order from them.

Order 2 products on April 21, never received updated tracking. My order shows that it never left China and was returned to sender. I can’t get anyone to return my emails about getting refunded.

I HAVE ALMOST PAID OFF MY PURCHASE AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT.
NO RETURN EMAILS JUST A BUNCH OF EMAILS FROM SARAH OF WELL NATURE ASKING ME IF I LIKE THE COLLAGEN MASKS. WHAT GIVES??? CAN’T STOP THE PAYMENTS AND I’M STUCK WITH NOTHING.

Hi - I was excited to receive my package but was disappointed when I opened to discover that I did not get the " buy 4 / get 4 free" promotion that was being advertised -which was the reason I had trialed the product - it's good but not good enough to warrant that cost for only 4 masks. I ordered the buy 4 get 4 free, well you guessed it I only got 4. I reached out to the company and nothing, I filed a complaint with Shop and they sent me an email pretty much telling me to reach out to the company, so we are basically screwed I don't know what else to do? SCAM

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a scam I ordered masks and got charged and received other items I didn’t order. I emailed the company straight away and received an email back to say it was too late the items had been shipped but I could return them. I have emailed back several times since to get a return address with no response so I have since returned the whole package and it has been sitting in customs in China for over a week. I’m guessing the return address on their website is dodgy and the package will remain in customs and I am not hopeful at all of getting a refund. So ridiculous company is a scam!

Do NOT trust this company! If they promise a full, money-back guarantee, they don't mean it. If they promise organic products—they are lying. I purchased the tallow honey balm because it was advertised as organic and natural ingredients. It's not organic and mineral oil is the second ingredient—a cheap, drying agent. In addition, the product name and packaging is different than what is advertised and promised online. I have tried to contact the company four times (all documented) without a response. Also, don't be fooled by their Florida address. The company ships from California but is a Chinese company. The free returns means you must pay for shipping to China with no guarantee the return will arrive or be refunded. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I absolutely love the glow and hydration these mask give my mature thirsty skin. I do a mask a week. I sleep in it. I love how happy my sensitive skin is from this product!

The masks that I received looked nothing like the ones seen in the multiple posted videos on your instagram account. Upon opening, tge mask was in pieces and torn. I put it in anyways trying my best to cover my face but it would not stay put. I was skeptical it would stay on while I slept and found it crumpled up like a facial tissue on my pillow upon awakening. Did not notice any difference as far as how my skin looked or felt. I definitely overpaid for this product.

A promotion is all over their website that advertises Buy 4 get 4 free. I ordered on April 5, 2025 specifically because of the promotion. I was supposed to receive 2 boxes of 4 masks but only received 1. I promptly emailed them at their only contact email and never heard back. I emailed several times with no response. I opened a dispute on PayPal (my method of payment) and then they finally emailed me claiming I did not "choose" the promotion when I ordered which is why I only got one box (there is only one option when ordering and it includes the free box). They said I could order another box and pay full price in order to receive the promotion. I responded no, that I definitely selected the only option and wanted a refund. Again, no response. After checking online, I see other customers have had the same issue.

I love how hydrated my face was after using the mask!

I have not received the item ordered and I have sent 3 emails over the last month without a single response.
