Personal service, responsive and helpful. I needed somebody to deliver and install my new fridge, take the old one away and not leave me with mountains of packaging- Wellingtons sorted it all out seamlessly - a real relief, and everything was sorted very quickly.

Family run company with an excellent reputation. Freindly and helpful when I went to choose a new cooker. Arranged delivery, fitting and disposal of my old cooker at a very reasonable price.
The guys who delivered and fitted my new cooker were pleasant and thorough. Cleaning up as they went. They would not leave until they were happy with the way the cooker worked. Advised me to get a new carbon monoxide detector, as I didn't have one, and also asked me to ring to let them know there were no issues such as yellowish/orange flames as this would indicate the gas wasn't burning correctly. Overall a great service and experience. Would definitely recommend.

In these times of AI and constant chat bots online, it was a welcome relief to speak with real people over the phone. There was no waiting on the line, with endless music. The staff at Wellingtons are truly exceptional. The phone was answered immediately and the member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. She arranged everything there and then and listened to my needs. I was able to purchase the appropriate appliance and at very reasonable price. I am very pleased with Wellingtons.

Needed the appliances asap the guy at the erith shop gave me the display models so that i did not have to wait. Great customer service. Only one disappointing thing that it couldnt be delivered and it was only 7 miles but because we were wrong side of the river we had to pick them Up but all in all great service

We completely understand the frustration around delivery. Our delivery areas are structured to keep routes efficient and costs fair for everyone, but we do appreciate that being just a few miles away can still feel inconvenient if you’re outside the zone.

It's not often that I enthuse about a company in this day and age. Wellingtons have just supplied and installed a new oven for me and the service has been exceptional.

I recently ordered a kitchen extractor fan and needed to get in touch a few times to confirm the delivery date. I was really impressed with the service I received. Every person I spoke to was polite, friendly, and more than happy to help.
They followed up on my behalf and made sure my details were passed on to confirm the delivery, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free.

Rang up to check they had the oven we wanted in stock and they made sure to check so we wouldn't waste a trip. Then when we were in the shop we gave them the dimensions we wanted a fridge freezer to fit and they found us three good choices on the fly.
