Wellington’s were exceptional all the way along from going into the store to get information on the electrical goods sold right through to after sales help.
Their knowledge is extremely good and no question is too much for them. When I needed some help with programme settings on our new washing machine all I had to do was call them and they guided me through.
The fitters were courteous and considerate when fitting the appliances and went through any issues with me. I have no hesitation in recommending Wellington’s - they are a breath of fresh air in their level of customer service.

Exceptional Hob Installation Service
I had my cooking hob fitted today and the experience was flawless from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The installation was neat, safe, and professionally done, with everything tested before he left. He was friendly, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain how everything worked.
A genuinely skilled tradesperson who takes pride in his work. I’m extremely pleased with the result and would happily recommend Wellingtons to anyone looking for reliable, high‑quality service.

Very helpful staff who found the best fridge that we needed. When it arrived in store they popped it round 30 minutes later as we live very close. Friendly service from all staff.

Having purchased a high-end washing machine recently from Wellingtons that was unpacked and fully installed including wi-fi access with the old machine removed for recycling I had no hesitations phoning them and placing a new order for a built-in oven/microwave. Have purchased a number of appliances from Wellingtons over the last few years. In all instances service from ordering to delivery/installation has been excellent. Staff always helpful and so much easier to talk to people who are knowledgeable on applicancies, will go and check if the stock is actually in and offer a good a delivery service. Same guy doing the delivery on my recent purchase and everything carried out professional. I have tried other on line sites, but my first preference is Wellingtons.

A First Class Service.
As a small property management company, we are able to totally rely on Wellingtons for their expertise on white goods for tenanted properties.
