Rang up to check they had the oven we wanted in stock and they made sure to check so we wouldn't waste a trip. Then when we were in the shop we gave them the dimensions we wanted a fridge freezer to fit and they found us three good choices on the fly.

Helpful and Professional
We have purchased a number of items from Wellingtons and have always found them helpful and professional. More recently a new tv from Paul and a washing machine from Chris. We would not go anywhere else, the service was great. Thr delivery was as expected the delevery staff were very good and knew what they were doing and verry efficiant. Would not go anywhere else for electrical goods.

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
I needed a very large 120cm range oven and was going to go to an online large retailer, but was having difficulties as they would not confirm if they could take my large one I have already away; they could not confirm if the hood space was too low and needed replacing... (online is not always the best if you don't know what you are doing!) so I phoned Rory (Sales). He was excellent and sent Pete the fitter round, they measured the space from hood to cooker for me and advised me if the legal space was ok, and even if I needed a hood and measured it all up beforehand. The appliance came on the day specified, they took my large old one away, they fitted it and unwrapped it. Nothing was too much trouble. Using an online company for appliances means that nobody actually was willing to come to my house to give me advice before a very expensive purchase (which you don't want to make a mistake with for connections etc!) which makes life very difficult sometimes. I loved the personal service, they are exceptional and I can see why the reviews are amazing. The price was cheaper than the online giant too! Sometimes the old fashioned way of buying is the best way! Thanks Rory and Pete you were brilliant!

Big fridge, big job! Good job!
Great service, from initial engagement to delivery and fitting of our Samsung ‘American’ style fridge/freezer.
We were in urgent need of a new fridge and Paul at Wellingtons sorted us out with a delivery couple of days after we spoke.
Delivery was excellent, the guys friendly and they got on with the job. Took an hour or so all in. Big fridge, big job!
