Excellent service from Claire Bird as always. We are extremely busy at the moment as a company and sorting the energy contract out has just been at the bottom of the list. Claire has been extremely patience, helpful and efficient in getting our energy contract sorted for us.

I considered my last contract to be far too high. The new contract arranged by Kelly is significantly lower which is very good news. I asked for help to estimate my annual costs and change my Direct Debit, she was very professional and very human. A really good experience.

The communication was very good in that they called to update me on the progression of the transfer. They were also able to advise us on the best course of action. All correspondence including emails were prompt and easy completing/signing of documents due to their software.
