Very pushy & unprofessional
Very pushy cold sales call where the idiot wouldnt take no for an answer and did not remove my number from contact like i had requested when i said i wasnt interested. I had to then ring back after a missed call from them and spoke to another sarcastic one when i told her to remove my number. Those 2 interactions clearly show what kind of company it is

Leah Johnson did a wonderful job for me arguing my case first with the previous supplier and then with the new supplier, both of whom had issued me with bills that were hundreds of pounds over-estimated. With some difficult negotiations she represented me and finally won the day with both suppliers. Well done Leah and thank you for your perseverance.

I think that I was offered the best…
I think that I was offered the best deal available; perhaps the only down side was that there did seem to be pressure to come to an early settlement. I think this may have been due to the deal on offer being only available for a limited period but it might have been because the agent had a target to reach.
