Ordered a Blessington Great White divers watch.
The watch arrived today to say fairly quickly.
Really dissapointed with the quality.
The second hand land in the middle of the indeces and not on them. Look rubbish.
Too much packaging for a watch at this price point.
They are not a Rolex or Omega and a long way off. You don't need to keep the box.
Make the packaging more simple and reflect that in your price.
After this purchase, there won't be another!!!!

My watch came broken and I was told to send it to a repairer . $65 and only got a credit on my next purchase but not confident to buy again

I purchased a Guess watch as a birthday gift for my partner. When it arrived, it was sent in the wrong box (a Nox - Bridge branded box) and did not include the usual Guess booklet or documentation you would expect with a genuine new watch.

Unfortunately, the watch stopped working almost immediately. We had to reset the time when it was first opened, and just two days later it had completely stopped. Assuming it was simply a flat battery, I paid to have the battery replaced, however the watch still would not keep time and was clearly faulty.

I contacted Watches of Australia seeking either a replacement watch in the correct Guess packaging or a refund. The watch had never been worn and remained in the same condition it was received. Despite this, my request was refused because I had replaced the battery in an attempt to diagnose the fault.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of meaningful customer service. I made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and left messages but received no response. Instead of resolving the issue, the company offered a store credit of only $26.95 (the cost of the battery replacement) to be used on their clearance collection, along with a promise of a Guess box on a future order (for a watch that was not working).

Receiving a faulty product, in incorrect packaging, with missing documentation, and then being denied a replacement or refund is not what I would expect from a reputable retailer. I chose to purchase from Watches of Australia because of their positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite.

I definitely would not purchase from this company again.

Disgusting customer service left a genuine critique and was belittled and mocked on line. Avoid this company

Tried to scam me by saying the credit card I used was invalid and I would have to submit a bank account number (all while the $ had already been deducted)! Oh, when the watch eventually arrived the battery was flat!

Overall easy and the watch was exactly as described. It arrived quickly and our Son has been using it as his daily watch since November ‘25 with no issues

Nearly 2 months since ordered Seiko watch and still not received after endless emails

I have purchased Maserati watch and tiny steel half circle inside it broken itself within 2months.

Ordered a watched 3 months ago. They have extended delivery date Times. Queried in on their Facebook posts they blocked me. They are a scam.

I ordered a watch 8 days ago. I haven't received any confirmation or shipping information.
I have tried to contact them for several days via whatsapp and email but nobody has returned me calls. The whatsapp is under Nox Bridge Watches

Am ordering 2 watches from this website. Know i got my parcel After atlest 15 days but worst thing is that there is only 1 watch in the parcel and the Quality of the watch was not satisfactory. This website is 100% scam there phone number is not working if email they reply after 2 days. and there business is also not registered in Australia. please stay away from the scams.

Bought a Guess watch, which was supposed to have been "water resistant to 100m". Only worn 2 days, including in the shower. Watch face fogged up and watch stopped working. Watches of Australia say that their warranties do not cover water damage. Appalling.

I wrote a review last September 2023, they replied saying they would give a refund. I never did get that refund.

I just received the AZURE watch bought online, came without instructions manual, date adjustment is not working , quality is very low , contact the customer service , I have to send the watch back to Australia and I have to pay the freight ( I’m located at USA ).
I’m really disappointed with product and customer services

Absolute scam. Tik Tok videos show this watch being “tested in real life” on job sites etc. Hitting it with tools/trying to scratch it, sparks flying off a grinder hitting the glass face and the watch was unscathed. Got mine and the glass scratched on day 1 onsite. They’re poor quality, cheap drop shipping junk. They advertise a money back guarantee but when I followed up with the company, they said the watch had to be in its original packaging, with the protective screen film on the glass. Are you joking? How are you supposed to know if you like it by looking at it in the box and not actually wearing it!!!?

The customer service was atrocious- they refused to honour the money back guarantee and were completely unhelpful.

Don’t get scammed by the completely false advertising and unethical business practices.

I bought a watch $200 and I give that watch to my best friend and the watch change colour and it was not waterproof, it has all qualities mentioned when I bought it but all the information was fake so please don’t bought anything from this store, be aware of this,

The watch I bought was great, looked real but showed signs that it wasn't. When the hand of the watch fell off after only wearing it a couple of times. I contacted Watches Australia via email explaining the situation, assuming it would have warranty as only had the watch for 6 months. Their reply was, it would be best if I got it fixed at a local watch store. I replied I would rather send it back to them to assess and get it fixed under warranty, no reply. Asked again still no reply. I guess there is no warranty and this is a place where you buy expensive rip off's.

Do not use this company! They do not stand by their returns policy or refund policy. I don’t even think my watch is a genuine Michael Kors.
