Not my first Ward Skip and as always arrive and collected on said dates with no fuss, pleasure doing business..

Wards always leave their skips in the exact postion asked for, collected on time and if there is any problems they contact me with options, first class service.

Requested a skip delivery, paid for online.

On review of the documents sent via email found that carpets WILL NOT be accepted by them. Confirmed via a phone call

Checked on the website. And found no mention of this, this is absolutely shocking

Good job I found out prior to the skip being delivered as most of what I needed to dispose of was carpet.

On delivery the driver called me to make sure they delivered the skip exactly where I wanted it, just the small touches that impress.

Skip came on day required and placed exactly where it was needed and then it was collected earlier than planed pickup day for me by making a simple phone call. Just great service

The easy booking was unbelievable, so good.
Once confirmed the email came the next morning to say what time etc.
I had a query about how long I have to keep the skip, replied the following morning.
I called the office after it hadnt arrived around lunchtime, you replied saying we are still ok - and we were.
A lovely driver dropped the skip off and another lovely driver called for the return trip - really lovely experience.

Easy to book a skip , fast and efficient. Wanted a earlier collection which the office staff changed with no problem . Would deffo recommend and use again .

The skip was dropped off as requested, driver positioned it exactly where we wanted. Collection again was on the specified day, all very smooth and hassle free.
