Would absolutely order another skip from Ward. The price was very competitive, the access to customer service was excellent, very pleased. I did contact many other skip providers prior to contacting Ward. I would have no hesitation in using Ward again based upon my recent experience!

Over a week to collect after we had filled skip, cause a massive knock on for the delivery we where having, mailed the company, they where no help whatsoever. Probably won't use again.

Ordered the skip for am delivery turned up at 3pm. I also needed a door on the skip as I'm elderly and needed to be able to walk in with things to start with not lift them over the top. I did order a skip with a door for this reason. Very disappointed.

The team were helpful, the skip arrived in time and was positioned on the shared drive to enable the neighbours to park easily

This company is not here to look after the small struggling companies.
We had 3 bins off them, I had to cut it down to just 1 for financial reasons and they have now charged me over 270 pounds to remove the 2 bins even though i still have 1 bin with them.
I've even said when business picks up I may be able to habe the bins back.
Emails ive received off certain staff have been extremely rude and flippant.
I would certainly not recommend them to any one.
I hope the MD reads this and understand he has some extremely rude and unhelpful staff adjust know even the drivers agree the one of them, he agrees with me.
