Didn’t organise collection with myself
Didn’t organise collection with myself. Turned up unannounced. Previous skip I had with them was on my drive for 4 weeks, this time less than a week. Had to pay additional fee of £30 due to this. The driver was spot on, the admin staff showed no understanding of the situation.

Ordered for a particular day, it arrived with a very helpful delivery man, who made sure it was as far down our drive as possible so we could fit our car on behind. Skip collected on the day scheduled.

I Delivered My Car But Haven’t Received Payment – Completely Unprofessional Service
I delivered my car to your facility for recycling. I drove the vehicle there myself and handed over all the necessary documents. I was told I needed to wait two days for the car to be inspected. After two days passed, I was informed that the process was actually being handled by another company and that you had nothing to do with it.
However, this was never mentioned to me during the delivery. The Ward does not denying either, but they have no information about the process. My car is fully functional and contains all necessary parts, yet no payment has been made.
Furthermore, your live customer support was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked training. Corporate-level customer service training is absolutely necessary. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

so ordered the skip on a saturday and then had an email saying it would not get dropped off until the tuesday and thought this was strange as no other skip company we have previously used has done this before. however the service was fab on drop off and you were able to deliver a skip to us on the date we needed unlike other skip companies

Cant recommend Ward Recycling enough. It was a humble order for an 8 yard builders size skip, and the customer servive was fantastic, all confimred by email, had to speak to them on the phone and they were very helpful. Skip delivered and collected, perfect.

The skip turned up, but late
The skip turned up, however it was nearly a day late.
I booked for after 3pm delivery on a Tuesday and it didn’t come until 1pm on the Wednesday. I had jigged a few things round with work and commitments to fill the skip on the Tuesday. There wasn’t a call or anything on the Tuesday and when I called at 16:55 nobody answered. So I then phoned on the Wednesday to ask where the skip was and politely asked if I could have some money back due to the impact on my commitments. The girl on the phone asked her manager and they said I could have the skip for a day after the original agreed collection date as compensation. I’m not sure how this is compensation given they delivered it a day late.
I’ve got quite a bit of work left to do and will need the use of skips, I’ll try another company next time.
