WALONE FASHION GROUP is everything and more. After looking for the perfect dress for 3 months I came across their website. The style of dresses is exactly what my daughter was looking for. She wanted to standout at her junior prom 2024, and Walone Fashion Group delivered. She was the best dressed thanks to Ms. Benek ( the owner of this amazing company), and her amazing staff. The dress was absolutely stunning and more beautiful in person. Measurements that were sent via WhatsApp were spot on. Do not hesitate to order from them. They are by far the best!!! Will definitely be ordering my daughter’s senior prom dress from your company. Ms. Benek your communication and patience is like no other. Thank you again for everything 🥰🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Mes échanges avec Benek étaient top, elle maîtrise parfaitement son travail. Faites-lui confiance, elle sait absolument ce qu’elle fait ! Toute l’équipe est très à l’écoute et hyper accueillante. Je me suis sentie très confiante, et entre de bonnes mains.
Je suis restée que 3 jours et j’ai pu revenir en France avec, ma robe de mariée et ma robe de soirée. Elles sont justes INCROYABLES !

I am very disappointed by Walone. When I first learned about Walone I ordered a dress that was beautiful and I actually used it for my pre wedding photoshoot. I loved it so much that I decided to do my bridesmaid dresses from them. It was a horrible experience as a bride. I started with the process a year before the wedding and they actually started making the dress like 3 months or weeks before the wedding, they kept given me excused of time and telling me that don’t worry about the dress because is going to be done on time. I ordered 20 dresses 15 of them was for the bridesmaid. They showed me the model of the dress after the dress was already made and ready to ship and we didn’t have time to change anything as it was last minute. The dresses was poorly made, most dresses broke on the front part, the armpits part was uncomfortable as it was too high, the side strands were chocking, the from part ripped, there were parts that were not sew correctly, all the dresses looked different some had something some didn’t, the fitting of the dress was square most bridesmaid had to spent more money to make it better. It was a nightmare. I also had my wedding second dress and it didn’t last 1/2 an hour as it ripped from the side. It was a headache and very stressful. I didn’t get my mom and 3 other dresses until the day before I traveled for my wedding and so there was no chance to fix or even try the dresses with time. And I didn’t have options to change dresses or to buy because there was not even time for me to buy another dress and come on time for the wedding. I complaint to them and they never acknowledge their wrong it was just general answers with excuses that it was an online order. I understand it was online but I Bought many dresses and they were supposed to be professional as I thought they were going to be. The last 4 dresses that I received the owner of the dress’s didn’t get the chance to try them and they weren’t able to even received their dresses as they already traveled to the wedding location. I had to find someone who traveled 2 days before the wedding and pick up the package for me and pay for them to bring it, so those girls had the dress literally 3 days before the wedding without a chance to try the dress before wearing it, it was a lot of hustle. The dresses were still getting fix on the wedding day as it was hard to find someone to make the changes with so short time. Sorry for the bad review but that was my horrible experience and unfortunate. I trust them with my wedding and this is what happened :(

Walone fashion group created an easy and efficient experience for the ordering of my daughter’s prom dress. We live in the United States and it was a bit scary to order from somewhere across the world. But not only were our expectations met they were exceeded. The dress looked better than expected in person! With their guidance, we were able to do the measurements from home, when the dress came, it fit perfectly, the craftsmanship and detail put into the piece was worth the money spent, most importantly, the dress did arrive on time, even though we had to do it quickly. Customer Service was always great. We have no complaints at all. My daughter was so happy with her dress, and she really stood out from the crowd. If you are looking for a unique dress for any special occasion, I would definitely recommend Walone for the job!

The service is excellent. The quality of dresses is outstanding. Thanks to Walone, I celebrated my marriage in a stunning and unique wedding dress, which they were able to tailor to my needs in a short space of time. Everyone said it was one of the most beautiful wedding dress they had ever seen! Delivery was also reliable and very prompt.

The designer that worked on my wedding dress was Bujar, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made a conscious effort to understand my preferences and exactly what I wanted in a wedding dress.
