ordered a dress from this place for my wedding day for 4000. When I received the dress, I cried. The skirt was extremely poor quality — honestly 2/10 — and absolutely did not reflect the price I paid. It was nowhere near worth 4000.
I contacted them asking if I could return it, even if it meant getting only half of my money back, and they refused. This was very disappointing, especially for something as important as a wedding dress. Please don’t order from here.

This dress is absolutely breathtaking, more than I could have ever imagined! The quality is incredible, and it was even packed perfectly for delivery. It’s going to be my dress change on my wedding day, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The communication and response time throughout the process were also excellent. Truly such a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Customer service was absolutely 10/10. I was kept updated throughout the entire production process, which gave me peace of mind. Once the dress was completed, they even sent me a video of a model wearing it. Of course, it didn’t fit her the way it should—but on me, it was a perfect fit and looked beautiful. I had hoped to visit the store in Barcelona, but traveling there just wasn’t in the budget 😂. Nonetheless, the whole experience was seamless, and production took about 6–7 weeks from start to finish.

I have ordered two dresses from them and I absolutely loved both of them. The quality, the design and the fabrics are amazing. They have a great customer service and they communicate really well. I gave them my measurements and the dress is on point. Would recommend them and I will be shopping with them again.

The gems falling out of the dress because it was poorly glued on almost like they used a glue stick. Nothing at all like the website dress! Do not recommend to purchase from them at alllll

From the ordering process to the delivery, everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. The team at VloraKaltrina are attentive to detail and truly care for client experience, my gown arrived with a garment bag and hanger with extra beading in a small bag and the undergarment piece to ensure comfort and quality. My piece was made to order and they took my measurements to fit as I’d like. Will definitely be ordering again in the future. I cannot wait to share the photos of my gown.

I’ve ordered this dress outside the country and honestly they are so helpful with the measurements of any dress you need help with and it is all custom made to the measurements, dress arrived within 4 days very quick shipping.The dresses quality is amazing, done a very good job, overall i’m really happy with my dress.

Horrible quality. The dress was not shipped on the date stated, arriving 2 weeks later but no responsibility was taken. When the dress arrived the sleeves looked like they had been cut with a pair of kitchen scissors. Not to mention the lining of the dress was sewn on inside out so I was forced to take it to a seamstress to fix the dress I already paid $1400 CAD for. The zipper was flipped so it created a bulge in the dress and there was a literal hole. Not sure how this is the quality received from a well known company who charges this much for a dress.

The quality was poor — all the stones fell off while trying it on. I contacted customer service, but their response was: ‘We can’t do anything.’ You pay over €1000 for a dress, but receive no proper customer care and Shein-level quality.

I had a special event and was searching for a very beautiful dress. But I didn’t have much time also. Anyway I decided to contact Vlora & Kaltrina team and I was surprised that they said will make the dress I want and deliver to other country just in a few days. As I needed it too much, decided to try and I am really surprised and fascinated with their such a good work, quickness and beauthiful dress. It was really unbeliveable. I was so impressed with the level of service and how quick the team at Vlora Kaltrina responds to questions via Instagram. They are so professional and quick! The dress I wanted was sold but they were able to look into the fabric and making me one and sending it to California all within 2 weeks. I was so so happy with the quality of the dress.
