Replacement door
One of the doors on our bi-fold arrangement was rotting. The company agreed to replace the door under our 10 year guarantee with no fuss. A new door was duly delivered after some months due to shipping delays. I fitted the new door with help. Everything matched perfectly and problems. Everything works well.

Great products, good value, excellent customer service.
I purchased a set of triple glazed bifold doors from Vufold a couple of years back. Was impressed with the quality of the doors, and they have functioned brilliantly since installation. Recently had one of the door handles fail, and contacted customer service. Response was positive from the outset, and received warranty replacement parts within a few days. Great products, good value, excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Poor Quality
I purchased 2 sets of bifold doors, one with 5 doors and one with 3 doors. These doors are South facing and get the sun all day. I contacted Vufold as doors 4 and 5 had dust on the inside of the triple glazing. After some heated discussions they agreed to replace these doors. It took 4 months to receive these, apparently (they said) the doors come from Indonesia?? The doors are now fitted and they are equally as bad, when the sun shines all you can see is shades of dusts between the glazing. You can imagine that feels, you spend an age cleaning inside and out, then the sun comes up and you can see dust making the windows look dirty. I am looking at putting in 2 additional sets across my kitchen but will be buying elsewhere. I would say if you are buying these get the built in blinds then you will not see the dust so much, although you should be able to leave them clear. Poor QA in my opinion

The glass used on the tipple glazed door sets you purchased has a Low-e (low emissivity) coating to improve the thermal efficiency. At certain times of the year and in certain light conditions, the coating may produce transient visual effects, and which we believed to be what you were initially experiencing. At your request we did arrange for replacement doors to be made and dispatched to you. For all our stocked door sets, we deliver within 3 – 5 working days, however as the replacement doors were custom made for you, it did increase the lead-time, and this was discussed and agreed with you before the order was put into production. We can confirm your replacement doors were produced in our factory in Indonesia, which did also affect the lead-time. The replacement doors were delivered to you in the pre-agreed timescale and we are sorry that we were unable to improve on this.
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the replacement doors, having checked our records we cannot see that you have made contact with us to report any further issues, however we are more than willing to arrange for a member of our aftercare team to investigate into this further for you.

Return customer- previously had an internal bifold from VuFold which transformed our living space. It was a no brainer when we moved house and needed a sliding door and some bespoke windows- VuFold have been a pleasure to deal with from initial ordering, delivery and follow up service. The team swiftly arranged an engineer visit when our sliding door stopped opening recently. They were a credit to VuFold and the engineer resolved the problem on the day with Herculean strength to lift out the sliding door panel and replace the faulty component. No hesitation in recommending the quality products and genuine customer service and top levels of care

Excellent Customer Service + Good Quality External BiFolds
Initially we were a little skeptical about buying our Bifold doors online, but we have been very impressed with the quality of the doors + customer service. Unfortunately, a few of our doors were defected but after a quick phone call this was sorted and our new doors were delivered very promptly. We would like to especially thank James Irish for being so patient and sorting our problem out so quickly.
We would highly recommend VuFold!

A very sound company
My Vufold doors and bespoke window are installed and fit perfectly. They are extremely well made, the doors letting plenty of light whilst being very solid and secure. They are light to operate and my builder had no trouble installing them. I found the staff on the phone very helpful and considerate, so all in all a very good experience from a trustworthy and efficient company.

Purchased in 2013 but still helped me out
Purchased two sets of doors in 2013 having seen them at the ideal home exhibition ( when you could go ! ). Had no real issues until recently when both doors were sticking on frame tight. Contacted Vufold and afew emails later, I also received a call to help fix an adjustment issue. I’m no DIY person, but James Irish - aftercare, talked me through the issues. Within 10 mins all sorted. Very helpful after service. Thanks

I Bought internal oak bi-fold doors.
I Bought internal oak bi-fold doors.
When I bought themi didnt notice the black Friday event,which meant they were redused by approximately £100 the following day.
I spoke to vufold and they immediately refunded the difference.
The doors were very good quality and fitting was not difficult at all.
Overall I am extremely pleased with them and the company as,well.
I don't normally leave reviews but I was so pleased I took time to leave one.

Just recently installed bifold doors…
17 December..Just recently installed bifold doors ...
The first delivery ,the doors were packaged already damaged. I video the damaged doors and sent this to vufold. There customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Eventually we paid more money , only to have a second delivery of the same damaged goods .
Again we experienced the worst customer service. New door arrived and the doors were finally fitted.
Doors are of good quality ( once you have spent about two hours checking everything).
Fitting was very easy and the doors work really well.. so in a nutshell don't use this company they want your money ...and everything is your fault...

Check your records and emails to which I was copied in . The invoice was to my partner . This respone is a fine example how nothing is your fault.
