The whole process from ordering to delivery was perfect. Can't Thank the people at Vitavia enough. I would highly recommend them. I was kept informed of the whole process and their helpful YouTube guide to building our fabulous new greenhouse made it so easy to build. Definitely the only place to buy your greenhouse.

Very impressed with the build quality of this Vitavia Jupiter 11500 with toughened glass. The instructions are a bit vague in some places but apart from that it’s way better quality than the one that was destroyed by high winds last year. I managed to build the greenhouse myself over a few days . When I got stuck and sent an email to Vitavia it was replied to almost instantly? Their customer service is brilliant and managed to point out where I had went wrong quickly every time.

I am extremely pleased with the Vitavia greenhouse I've just finished assembling. Great design and build quality - there were some challenges along the way (the instruction manual is a little poor in places) but Vitavia sent some helpful photos of the area in question. Overall, very good value for money and a beautiful design. Recommended.

Over a year ago, we purchased a Vitavia greenhouse and for several reasons, the construction didn't begin until May this year, when we discovered that a number of parts had been mislaid. We contacted Robbie at Vitavia, who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. The missing sections arrived in 36 hours. Communication was superb.
We would heartily recommend this company, which provides good quality equipment and excellent after-sales service.

I'm so happy with my Vitavia greenhouse. It's a really good quality greenhouse and looks very stylish in the garden. (My only regret in hindsight is not buying a bigger one.) I've also found the Vitavia crew really helpful and responsive. Thank you most recently to Jamie for being so incredibly helpful with my queries about accessories. You help to keep my greenhouse a very happy space!

After a problem with the initial supplier Vitavia responded immediately and sent a replacement by return.

I bought the Vitavia Neptune glass House about 3 years ago - and was very pleased with the product and service that could not be faulted. Then in the late winter gales a tree fell on the corner causing a fair bit of damage - i contacted the original supplier who put me in direct touch with Vitavia and their Jamie in the sales department could not have been more helpful in sourcing and identifying the broken parts [ glass as well ] and arranged to ship them to me. The structure is now restored and i can not recommend Vitavia and their products/Staff highly enough. Thanks Jamie

I have brought a used Greenhouse and Robbie has been extremely helpful in sending over erection instructions and replacement nuts and bolts. So nice to deal with a Company with excellent customer service for once!

I absolutely love my new green house! I have the black Jupiter 8x12 and its such a nice size for my allotment sized vegetable garden. I was unsure which colour I preferred originally, but ended up going for the black over the standard green or metallic and I'm so glad I did! Definitely not your standard greenhouse, great build quality and highly recommended.

I bought a greenhouse from vitality well over 10 years ago since then it has served very well.
Recently in a storm a severe gust of wind blew the opening vent right over the roof of the greenhouse, twisting the vent frame quite badly.
This morning I emailed customer care to ask about a replacement vent bar, they responded immediately and a new one is being dispatched immediately.
Cannot fault their product or customer service at all.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! From notification of delivery to after delivery service, this organisation have been time effective and professional in all correspondence. On unpacking, we discovered a pane of glass was damaged and Robbie was so helpful in ensuring this issue was rectified quickly. Thank you for a first class customer service experience - we highly recommend Vitavia for providing a great growing space and for their brilliant customer service!

Vitavia have shown to us why they are rated so highly, their customer support and service has been outstanding. They have been quick to respond, were able to refer to my original order from 2019 and offered a superb resolution to my issue raised. We would highly recommend them for your greenhouse needs and for the care and attention they provide to their customers, which we now feel are highly appreciated.

Brilliant Customer Service
I ordered a Venus 3800 greenhouse through a garden centre and was given a delivery slot from Vitavia. About 7 days later I contacted Vitavia Customer Service to see if I could add a Tier staging to the order. The answer was yes and they maintained the delivery slot for greenhouse and staging.
The customer service was quick to respond and clear with their message.
I have contacted Customer Service after this and they are responsive and helpful.
It would be helpful if other companies took a leaf out of the service you get from Vitavia Customer Service and business would be in a better place.

I bought a greenhouse, shelving and staging from Vitavia Greenhouses in 2015. One of the legs/ connectors on the staging broke recently and I emailed them to see if I could purchase replacements. Robbie wrote back within 30 minutes and said he would check if they had the spare parts in their warehouse. He came back again and said they did and he would send them to me. I asked for an invoice so I could pay, but he said they would supply free of charge.
I have to say that this is exceptional after sales service that I really appreciate. The loss of staging at this time of the growing season would have been a huge problem and Robbie and the team at Vitavia Greenhouses saved the day. Many thanks to all of you.

Ordered a Hera 4500 greenhouse and picked out all the accessories to go with it. Very easy and straight forward website. Layer that day had an email to confirm delivery date and slot 👍.

Delivery arrived as promised but unfortunately a pane of glass had cracked on the journey. The driver promised to report it and get another sent out and lo and behold 72 hours later it arrived in mint condition.

Accidents happen, but having then dealt with in such a great and professional way really makes the difference.

Well done and special thanks to Robbie for making it all happen.

De kas is best mooi maar de handleiding is een drama!
De tekeningen zijn qua perspectief erg onduidelijk. Je bent heel veel tijd kwijt met het uitzoeken wat er bedoeld wordt en soms begin je maar op hoop van zegen.
Er staan meerdere fouten in de handleiding waardoor je meermaals opnieuw moet beginnen. (Bv het aantal extra schroefjes die in de dakreling moeten en de uitleg van de montage van het dakraam die verwijst naar hoofdstuk 5 ipv 6)
Voor deze prijs moet er een betere handleiding bijgesloten worden!

The best service received, ordered parts on Monday at 10:00 am, parts were confirmed by 11:00 am, and received in the post on Tuesday.
You can't do better that that.

Excellent Customer Service.
My greenhouse was damaged in a storm and I was helped through ordering the correct parts. 1 piece was the wrong size (not anyone's fault really) and they sent it out next day delivery.
Responses to emails excellent and clear.
I wish every company's customer service was as good as this, the world would be a happier place!

I ordered a 6x6 greenhouse from Vitavia greenhouses and I am sooo pleased with my purchase. The process of choosing and ordering was super easy. The communication when querying a delivery slot was fast.
The delivery of the greenhouse was on time and efficient.
The company were fantastic and very kindly replaced a pane of glass on the door frame that has smashed when it hit the floor after the door finding its way free from the runners during a storm a week after I had put my new greenhouse together.

I was most disappointed this had happened but the company were very quick at replying and communicated with me to add a nut and bolt to ensure the door would come out again. The glass was sent out on next day delivery and my greenhouse is perfect again.
