I bought the Freya greenhouse last year but didn't pay for the company to install it (big mistake as the instructions are quite tricky according to the three different people trying to put it together for me). A couple of small parts were missing but I contacted Robbie at Vitavia this week and the new parts are on their way as we speak. Thank you for your wonderful speedy service and help. The greenhouse looks wonderful!

I shattered some glass panels whilst building my greenhouse. I came to pick up some replacements from their office these were given to me free of charge - really appreciated. Thank you

I bought a Vitaria Freya 8x6.
I have to say it is a lovely Greenhouse and very well made.
However i cannot recommend it unless you pay for the installation aswell.
The instructions are horrendous and it is almost impossible to get the windows strips pushed in satisfactorily.
Avoid unless you have plenty of time and superhuman finger strenght.

Sadly I had to contact customer support because some glass that had broken in transit. Their response was superb and replacement glass is due to arrive within 72 hours.

I have a Cassandra greenhouse from Vitavia for a couple of years now. I live on the coast in Scotland so the greenhouse has withstood some very extreme storms over winter. It survived storm Éowyn this year with minor issues that needed repaired and during that process I needed a simple spare part. I reached out to Vitavia who very kindly arranged for the replacement part to be sent out free without a second thought. They make great greenhouses and their customer service is fantastic I can't rate them highly enough.

Greenhouse arrived weeks earlier than expected - expertly packaged, faultless delivery communication. Easy to follow instructions. Looking forward to getting in there.

Fantastic company to deal with. I had the pleasure of speaking with Robbie, he was knowledgeable, friendly and so polite. My particular greenhouse has been discontinued but he did not give up and found the parts that needed. Just amazing, I highly recommend them and I will not hesitate to contact them in the future.

Vitvia co-operated in providing Saturn 9900 ridge bars for my Halls Supreme 812 greenhouse. Halls sold me two greenhouses yet could not provide any spares. Only after I searched the market and found Vitavia, did I realise the similarity of the ridge bars and took a risk in ordering two. Slightly different shade of green, otherwise identical. A good result for me. Shame on Halls for inadequately looking after their customers. Great credit to Vitavia for supporting non-customers. Thanks to Robbie.

Absolutely wonderful service from everyone very happy to use vitavia again

Writing on behalf of my elderly parents who bought a Vitavia Greenhouse. Sadly the greenhouse didn't survive its first winter, but there were problems from the start. The door kept falling out; the clips holding the glass didn't actually hold in the glass and various panes just fell out; it expired during a February storm. Perhaps the storm was the cause of its demise, but it just wasn't of a strong construction, everything about it was just a bit flimsy.

After gales damaged the door hanger I contacted Vitavia by email and had a very quick response which resulted in them sending me a spare part at no charge in a very short timescale so that i could rehang the door and protect all my plants. Staff were polite, very helpful and it was fantastic to deal with people not bots and I have nothing but praise and admiration for an excellent business.

My experience with this company was first class, excellent communication, delivery arrived on the day and time chosen, the driver's are polite helpful and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone, Also the product is great. Thank you.

Our Vitavia greenhouse is the jewel of our garden. Well made and brilliantly built it shines out as a star, creating a great place for plants and people.

We bought our first greenhouse and what a great product, very happy. The service from Vitavia was excellent, including the fitting service, answered all our queries and made useful suggestions for accessories that we may need for our first attempt at growing our own plants! We have had our greenhouse for a couple of years and recently had a problem with the sliding door… it slid off its runners!!
Without any bother the team at Vitavia were able to attend my home address, replace the glass and fix the door back on the runners… would highly recommend not only the product but more importantly the excellent customer service and after care. Thank you

VITAVIA ORION 8’x 6’ GREENHOUSE

Bought this greenhouse 8 months ago and have been bitterly disappointed with this product and would not recommend anyone purchasing this as it is not fit for purpose.
This greenhouse has just been completely destroyed in the recent storms, several of our neighbours who have older aluminium greenhouses were unaffected.
The structure of this greenhouse is extremely weak.
It was professionally installed by the dealer who we bought it from but the frame is so flimsy that in winds the whole structure twists and bends, leading then obviously to the glass parts cracking/shattering and subsequently the whole thing was then reduced to a pile of wreckage, now on its way to the local council tip.
I HAVE EMAILED VITAVIA AND APPENDED VIDEO CLIP OF THE FINAL OCCURENCE AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AT ALL, THEY CLEARLY COULD NOT CARE LESS,
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS ABOUT BUYING THIS PRODUCT, PARTICULARLY IF PRONE TO EVEN MODERATE WINDS AS IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Got a greenhouse last month, had a couple of minor issues so we contacted this company. They sorted the issue in minutes, I don't normally leave reviews or comments but was so amazed at the customer service I received on this occasion!!! Cheap, great quality greenhouses 😍

Love the Vitavia Venus greenhouse and can't thank the team enough for their help and support. Big shout out to Robbie Hutchinson who was so understanding and responded to my queries very promptly and patiently! This is a brilliant company and I would highly recommend using them.
