Fantastic service all round. From beginning to end I can ONLY praise my experience with Vitavia UK. Firstly I received a large discount on my purchase for ordering in the winter months. I was then informed when my order was ready to be dispatched and asked when was convenient for me. It was then delivered by a very nice and helpful chap. I decided to construct myself and found that the supplied instructions were all I needed. I just methodically followed them and within two days it was complete. I was very impressed with the quality of parts and overall design. Got to say that hearing it was German DID make a difference for me and I was fully vindicated in my choice. So I've just finished my first growing year and am very happy with my purchase. I recently was in touch with the company again to ask for some information... I received a reply the same morning. What can I say... a brilliant experience all round. My Venus 6200 is a BRILLIANT greenhouse and the customer service has also been BRILLIANT. I can happily recommend Vitavia UK to anyone looking for a good quality greenhouse at a very competitive price. A very BIG thank you to ALL at Vitavia UK.

Whilst erecting a greenhouse, Neptune 6700, I discovered that I had a couple of panes of the wrong glass size. I contacted customer services and they sent me the correct glass, by courier the next day. No fuss and a very prompt service.

Bought my Saturn 8 x 8 greenhouse three years ago, had it fitted by a great team with no hassle whatsoever. Looks great and has really improved the look of my garden with the things i have produced.
Highly recommended.

Robbie was really helpful in resolving an issue with fitting the glass/perspex panels in the window section of our Saturn greenhouse. He was very quick to respond with various suggestions & finally came up with the solution. We had fitted the slam bar on the windows upside down.

The team were incredibly helpful and super quick to respond. The table had been put together incorrectly and Robbie was able to identify what we had done wrong immediately. They were also very helpful in sending a spare for a part we had lost. Highly recommended!

I purchased a greenhouse from Vitavia and came across a problem when assembling it, so I emailed the company. I received a very prompt reply from Jamie who was able to put me right straight away. A big thank you to him, I now have an assembled greenhouse, ready for use.

I purchased a 6ft x 4ft aluminum greenhouse which arrived within the advertised time frame. Unfortunately one pane of glass was broken.
I emailed Vitavia and received a response next day.
Three days later a replacement arrived.
The greenhouse is complete and I am very pleased with the quality and ease of assembly.

We ordered our greenhouse in black. It looks very modern And the small details we were surprised the bolts and glass clips were black, so they don't stand out against the black frame

Required replacement glass for my Vitavia greenhouse. Was told that due to my house location AB56 Vitavia has stopped delivering to North Scotland. However Robbie who I was in contact with went above and beyond to find out a courier price. The glass was packed so well it arrived safely in one piece. Can only thank the excellent customer service and dedication in trying to help a customer

I bought the Vitavia Ida 900. Everything arrived and I chose to put the greenhouse together myself. I consider myself reasonably adept at putting things together. However the instructions are the worst I have ever seen and the pictures in the instructions were quite frankly close to useless. Luckily I had taken a picture of the greenhouse at the shop where I bought it as without that I would have sent the whole package back. Once I had assembled it, then came fitting the glass. Took about an hour to figure out how the clips to hold in the glass worked. Again had to zoom in on the picture I had taken and only broke on piece of glass. If you are not handy, then either don’t bother buying it or pay the extra and have it installed.

Fast delivery with all items carefully packed and placed in desired location by the delivery men. I had the Vitavia low threshold Apollo greenhouse. The pieces were all provided and well labelled with numbers but I found the instructions a little confusing. However, the customer care service was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Very pleased with the product and after sales service.

Originally bought the greenhouse through Wilko online. Delivery date was a Monday, but when it arrived only two packages were sent instead of three. After back and forth emails a date was set for the third package and duly came on said date. Cannot praise the team at Vitavia highly enough.Brilliant!!!

An excellent Customer service experience when I had a couple of issues with my greenhouse installation. Response was speedy and informative and I could not have asked for better.

I had a query on building my greenhouse and the company were very speedy in their response, and even took the trouble to send me some specific photos of the part of the greenhouse I was confused by. Thanks again Robbie for your help.

I had an issue with some end stops for the guttering system, Robbie was quick to respond and was very helpful ensuring they would work for my grandads new Greenhouse. If you have any issues drop them an email! Super helpful.
