I ordered a 6x6 greenhouse from Vitavia greenhouses and I am sooo pleased with my purchase. The process of choosing and ordering was super easy. The communication when querying a delivery slot was fast.
The delivery of the greenhouse was on time and efficient.
The company were fantastic and very kindly replaced a pane of glass on the door frame that has smashed when it hit the floor after the door finding its way free from the runners during a storm a week after I had put my new greenhouse together.

I was most disappointed this had happened but the company were very quick at replying and communicated with me to add a nut and bolt to ensure the door would come out again. The glass was sent out on next day delivery and my greenhouse is perfect again.

The components all high quality, construction / assembly following the instructions was good particularly as I had delegated the build! Just one reassurance concerning the way the Bar capping had to be fitted, was required from customer service that was reacted to very fast, thank you Robbie! Delivery driver was also exceptional and took great care of us, even though we are based in Argyll a very long hike from Ipswich!

Jupiter 9900 greenhouse - excellent product, great service, quick delivery and delivery driver was extremely helpful. Great installation service too from Gareth, who Vitavia recommended. I can't recommend Vitavia highly enough - or Gareth!

We have a Venus 12ft x 6ft 7500 greenhouse with toughened glass which we bought in May 2014. This greenhouse has had panes blown out whilst in Argyll, been transported to the other side of Scotland, re-erected in a windy location, and has as many clips as fitted down each side of the panes. We also erected a wind break down two sides but Storm Gerrit managed to blow out three panes and one of the two vents. The frame stayed strong. We decided to replace the vent with a single sheet and needed some more of the rubber glass support strip. Robbie was super helpful in organising this which came very promptly. We remain really pleased with our greenhouse after 10 years and with the service from Vitavia.

I think the instructions need amending those who are happy to self assemble. Took a while to sort everything out and found some good you tube advice but had to look for it. Robbie was excellent at the help centre always available to offer good advice. SO a BIG Thank you.
Now its up I am happy but I did some head scratching and you do need two people to put it up

6x4 greenhouse was erected towards the end of last year by local fitter, Martyn and his team. They managed in an awkward spot on a not entirely flat base but that was my chosen location and within a few hours it was up and ready to use.

Recent heavy storms this year however blew off the sliding door and a large side panel of glass at which point I was then very thankful to have paid a little extra for the toughened glass as not once, but twice,all three panes of glass from the door fell out onto a concrete path but not one pane was broken. It seemed that the door wasn't sitting tightly enough on the shelf it rested on so after an email to Vitavia Martyn promptly contacted me and arranged a visit to assess the issues. I'm very pleased to say that problems were swiftly resolved to my complete satisfaction. Very happy with the service received from Vitavia and fitter Martyn.

I required a small value item for my greenhouse which was damaged during the storm. Jamie couldn't have been more helpful in helping me identify the part and have just bought the part which is being sent out in the post. My experience is that some companies will only go out their way if it's a high value item; getting good customer service is difficult to find these days. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much for your time. I'll be sure to stick with your brand for any other future purchases.

What a great company to deal with, we had a pane of glass break on our greenhouse in the recent windy weather, being close to them we called in at their offices and they actually had a pane there we could have as a replacement, they couldn’t have been more helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. Would recommend this company.

We were missing some fittings from greenhouse staging, a replacement pack arrived within two days, thank you Jamie and Vitavia, all fine.

I lost two small parts of my folding shelf so I contacted customer services and they have sent the small parts. Without these my shelf would be useless! Brilliant service.

I’ve had my Vitavia greenhouse for about 4 years and I am still receiving fantastic service from the company. Immediate response and handling of my queries.

Would highly recommend, they have an extensive range to choose from and having looked at our options we are very pleased with the choice we made. Good solid build quality. Would recommend a professional installer as we did and was worth every penny.

I am the owner of two Vitavia Greenhouses (Phoenix 8' X 8' and a Phoenix 8' X 14') and I am absolutely delighted with both of them, They were very easy to construct I am not a young man 76 year old but with the help of a good friend who is a similar age to me we built each one in less than two days. one of them was built in 2018 and the other was built in 2019 both of these greenhouses are great very sturdy and have withstood at times gale force winds the toughened glass is fantastic also after sales service from Vitavia is absolutely brilliant I would highly recommend Vitavia to anyone who is looking for a great quality greenhouse without paying an excessive price

Our Jupiter 12’x8’ Vitavia greenhouse was delivered early once ordered. The high quality materials and instructions made the assembly straight forward which resulted in a strong and robust structure! I
was particularly pleased with the high standard of the materials! Aesthetically pleasing and now we are just waiting for the weather to improve to begin our harvest! Thank you Vitavia!

Had a mix up with delivery caused by the agent I purchased through,not Vitavia.After leaving a poor review Vitavia CEO got in touch with me and the problem was solved immediately.I have never had such a positive response from any company like this and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.The Greenhouse is so sturdy it will last for years.This is not a sell and forget you Company by any means.

We purchased a 6x8 Apollo with toughened glass in November 2023.

The purchase process was smooth and the installation by the official fitters was second to none.

Having moved to our forever home this year, my wife was looking forward to having a full year of gardening and now her dream has come true.

The added extras of the downpipe kit and auto vents were great additions and we can’t wait to get started.

Would recommend our Vitavia experience to anyone.

The greenhouse itself is nice (although I would second the comments about door catches not being very robust)
However, the service I received from Vitavia was extremely poor and very frustrating.
Essentially, some parts were not delivered correctly (wrong size pane of glass delivered and 'H profiles not delivered: they are for connecting glass but not mentioned anywhere in the instructions apart from on a piece of paper wrapped around them when they are delivered).
Instead of simply replacing the parts, the Customer Service Manager kept blaming my installers quoting 'poor installation' when it was impossible to install the window with the wrong size roof pane and to connect the glass/perspex correctly without the 'H profiles.
When they did finally concede that the parts hadn't been delivered, they suggested that I should have checked the delivery more carefully! So I was expected to measure each pane of glass and also to ascertain that I was missing parts that are not even listed in the instruction booklet!
They then quoted a figure that they were prepared to pay for my installers to finish the installation once the correct parts were delivered; this figure was based on a call out charge and 1 hour's work for one person (their own video shows 2 people installing the window!) This was what they said that their own network of installers would charge; however, when I suggested that they get their own installer to complete the work, they said that their people would not complete someone else's installation. I think this meant that they didn't actually have anyone who would do at the price they were prepared to pay.
In the end, I refused all payment since I felt so angry at their attitude.
Essentially, they kept trying to blame either my installers or me and were extremely patronising in their approach. It all left a very sour taste and I would never recommend using this company.

This is probably one of the best companies that I have purchased from with regards to customer care.
My wife and I purchased an Apollo 10x6 greenhouse and I erected it myself.
I contacted their help line via e-mail on 3 occasions for advice during the building process and received telephone calls within a very short period (2-3hrs)of time and was guided through the minor niggles I was encountering.
I can honestly say that I have not had this lever of care from any company that I have had to ask for assistance with any problems.

I purchased my greenhouse via Costco.From ordering to delivery I was informed throughout the process.The delivery person was helpful and put the boxes where I requested. The building of the greenhouse was straightforward and the instructions were clear.
I would like to add that I'm a 70 year old pensioner with poor mobility so I don't understand why there has been negative comments regarding the instructions. My best advice is to take your time read the instructions carefully and then read them again.
I would highly recommend this product and looking forward to passing a few hours growing my own produce.
