Once the treatment is approved and a list of doctors is provided, would like to have it permanently, rather than it disappearing into abyss after casually selecting one of them

Not there when you really need it
Will avoid supporting your issue at all costs. For the third time this year I'm left covering my own health because of a technicality that Vitality does not cover. Be very wary - all seems good at first, but they get you when it matters most.
