Visions is a rip off. Bought a Samsung tv with a sound bar. 10 days later Walmart had the same tv advertised 171.00 dollars cheaper. Called vision about price match. Omg they don’t honor Walmart's prices. Dosnt say that in the fine print. They offered a 50.00 credit on my card. However after telling me that they don’t honor Walmart prices because they are not reliable . Visions cannot process a credit over the phone on my credit card. That’s not reliable. What kind of operation is this. Never again! Stay away!

Tried to order headphones online. Filled out everything asked of me including my credit card number. Did this 3 times but would not let me place order. Reached out to a brick and mortar store for help and got a reply but no help. Sale price is now over and still no help. 7 emails and the only response is a ticket number from the company saying they will look into this. I will not buy from this company. I think its their way of getting out of "free shipping over $35"

3,000 oled tv delivered with 2 massive holes through the cardboard. I refused the delivery as its clear the tv was thrown around and now vision wants to charge me 480 for return shipping. I called day and Ross the carrier and they said they were fighting with vision and refused to pay the shipping fee so vision is trying to force me too. We are disputing through visa. Do not buy here they have no ethics.
Given the damage if it happened at their warehouse they should have inspected it and sold as open box not brand new

Had the pleasure of dealing with Rashid.
Very pleasant and helpful.
The best part was his knowledge of his products.
Won't get that at a Brick store or Costco.
It's also Canadian owned .
Will definitely make a future purchase with Rashid at the Kennedy road store in Scarborough.

I bought a rear camera that was supposed to be brand new. Turns out someone had bought it, tried to install it and for what ever reason sent it back to Visions. I was made aware of this issue from my installer. I contacted them and they refused to do anything to help or compensate me for the camera.

I bought a Samsung tv there , customer service was exceptional. The person who served us Tahnic was very helpful, asked questions, and was very patient . He spent so much time explaining our options and giving us comparisons and advice. The tv is hung on the wall and we are very pleased. I have already told my adult children , when they are in the market for electronics they should go there.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Mind you I made an online order. My first intersection was Great and speedy. I ordered or camera which was a special order and would take up to 6 weeks+ to receive. The customer serviced explained that and helped me cancel it quickly. I then placed another order for a different camera which was no a special order. I payed an extra 35$ for express shipping. It’s now been 11 days and the camera has not even shipped out. I have been given two different tracking numbers now. Both have just been created labled and unshipped items. I’ve spoken with the manger and customer service a few times
Via email and one lady on the phone. I was told the matter was escalated and I would be called back or emailed within the next hour or two. It’s not 11 days later and nobody will answers emails or calls. What a terrible way to treat a customer. I will never purchase from this company again and I strongly advice to anybody to also not deal with them

The staff at visions electronics Okotoks were very friendly and helpfull, they made my warranty claim for my AC unit is easy process and I can say stressfree too, I'm realy happy for their willing to help, over all it was great day and I ended buying a rear speaker to my car as upgrade, I would recommend Visions Okotoks for sure.

No good . They sell me key fobs for my truck . 200.00 dollars found online for 99.00 dollars. Then book a service appointment for linking the fobs to the system in the truck . Agreed price of another 130.00. So I show up wait 2 plus hours just to be told there guy cant get it to work. Ok so I expect to return my fobs they sold me . And carrie on my way to the next place who hired a compenant installer. When the this person who claims to be the manager say he is only returning 75 dollars of the 200.00 I spent on key fob whice I have never even laid eyes on . And two visits to the not so nice store with intention of leaving there with what I came to buy . But instead I was insulted and Rip Off. For a 125 dollars by the self proclaimed boss. So boss boy this my drop in the bucket of my continuous effort to let everyone know how shady and a outright thief you are. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ABBOTSFORD VISIONS ELECTRONIC.

I bought a TV that wasn’t in stock in any of the stores, so I ordered it online. That part was fine. The delivery part, however, was ridiculous not an overly easy online tracking experience, and for several days, it kept saying that the label had been created but nothing more. This is a delivery from their warehouse in Calgary to a residence in Calgary. When I phoned an inquired, voilà, within half hour they got it moving. Just could’ve been done days earlier. That’s not at all the worst part they deliver through Purolator consistent with my experience with Purolator, which is significant which is a lot, it’s a joke. They will only tell me the delivery time is between 8 AM and 9 PM. In other words, I have to sit at home for 13 hours waiting for my delivery. I have a life. Purolator blamed visions because they did not specify a time. Presumably that’s true, in which case visions screwed up again. If you order online from visions, void home delivery at all cost. I couldn’t see that option when I was ordering online, but perhaps I missed it.

My experience with Visions customer service has been excellent. I purchased a refurbished laptop from them at a significantly discounted price. When it arrived, the laptop wouldn't charge, so I assumed it was defective.

I contacted Visions customer support, and within 24 hours they responded by email, offering me the option to either mail the laptop back or return it to a local store for a full refund.

Before returning it, I decided to try a new aftermarket charging cable. Fortunately, that solved the problem, and the laptop charged to 100% without any issues. I contacted customer support again to ask if they would reimburse me for the cost of the replacement charger, and they agreed without hesitation.

The customer service representative was respectful, pleasant to deal with, and responded quickly throughout the process. Based on my experience, Visions stands behind their warranty and provides outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Vision’s Electronics is extremely unprofessional with very poor customer service. After waiting a month for the repair service to pick up my television under warranty, the television was broken upon pick up. They took my television and refused any further service. I have photographs to prove my television was still fixable before pick up but they refused to help. I am at the point where Scott, a manager, has been claiming he will return my call for two weeks. My original Warranty Claim was made on May 12, it is now August 4. I am at the point where I will need to file a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Services as they are illegally operating their warranty service and taking advantage of customers, this is clear from many new reviews posted. Visions does not participate in BBB as they have too many outstanding complaints to deal with, which I recently was informed. Shop elsewhere, I hear Costco has integrity and honours their warranty.

I purchased a 4K BluRay player from the online store because it was over $100 cheaper than anywhere else. The package was shipped out with a courier and arrived two days later. The unit was brand new and has been working flawlessly for months.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I think that’s because most people don’t bother taking the time to write a review unless it’s a bad one.

I have purchase many items from Visions over the years and have never had any issues with either their service or the products they sell.

I purchased an open-box TV from Visions Electronics. When I got home and turned it on for the first time, I discovered an internal screen defect that was not visible from the outside. The box and the exterior of the TV showed no signs of damage.

I contacted customer service immediately and explained the issue. During my initial conversation, I was told that the TV had been sold as an open-box item and it was acknowledged that it had previous damage. Based on that conversation, I returned the TV.

After weeks of communication, I received an email denying my claim. They stated that because the TV left the store in good condition and came back damaged, they concluded that the damage must have occurred while it was with me. This completely contradicts what I was told by customer service when I first reported the issue.

As a customer, I feel disappointed that my concerns were dismissed and that I was left with no resolution despite reporting the problem immediately after the first use. If you are considering buying an open-box TV from Visions Electronics, I recommend testing it thoroughly before leaving the store or choosing another retailer with a more customer-friendly return process.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company based on how my case was handled.

I had an excellent experience with Vision Electronics, and I especially want to recognize manager, Tommy for his outstanding customer service.

From start to finish, Tommy was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Tommy went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled professionally, and I truly appreciate his dedication.

we bought 2 Danby AC units from Visions and both came defective.

we did not keep the packaging as we werent expecting them to fail so soon. first one failed within 2 days and second within 10 days.

they said they couldnt help us because we didnt have the packaging but here is the number for Danby support.

I do not recommend that you buy any appliance or electronics from this company.

I recently placed an online order as a guest and regret the experience. Their freight delivery options for my area are incredibly restricted, offering only two days a week, making it impossible to coordinate delivery if you have a standard working schedule. When I reached out to customer service to cancel the order because of this conflict, the process was a complete headache. Their online support is unresponsive and incredibly frustrating to deal with. If you plan to buy from Visions, save yourself the logistical nightmare and only buy physically in-store. Avoid checking out online.

i mean they are great guys to deal with in store however..........i just purchased an s26 ultra a week ago, they had to order it from the warehouse....fine...so this warehouse is legit an hour away, so i figured itd be a day or two.....long story short NO its been over a week and now my 2000 dollar phone is just MIA between here and a city an hour away and the guys in store just say "it doesnt tell us anything sorry". I wouldnt say never buy here because they do give good deals and have decent things and customer service however if u ever buy something and it has to be ordered to the store from their distribution warehouse JUST DONT DO IT, youll be waiting a week+++ for something you couldve purchased on amazon and gotten the second day.
