Do not answer emails. Haven't received my order after 12 days with no shipping details available yet. Tried calling during "business hours", but each phone number says they're currently closed.

Was looking for a certain apple watch and the goole search brought us to Walmart. Thinking I was making an order through Walmart when I went to submit payment the billing came up as TVOUTLET! Then the shipping charges were applied. The watch was to be delivered by the following Monday but the tracking number wouldn't work. We went into the local store and found that they had the watch in stock and it was CHEAPER! We purchased the one in store and contacted TVOUTLET via email and we were informed that we would have to pick up the watch and mail it back. Remember we were led to believe that we were dealing with Walmart. We sent the watch back but were reimbursed minus $52.15. When I inquired I was informed that I had to pay the shipping. Do not mistake this company as if you're placing an order with Walmart.

You have been warned. I bought an item on BestBuy Marketplace. Returned it on October. Due to the Canada Post strike, it didn't arrive back to them till Dec 24. That's fine, I understood it was an unusual circumstance and was fine with waiting a while for the refund. Then from Dec 24-Jan 17, they did NOT pick up the item from Canada Post. So CanadaPost sent it back to me. More than 20 days and multiple reminders (which I'm not obliged to do) and they still didn't pick it up.
Now they are saying that I need to send it back even though I have not received it. Their own incompetence, and they are blaming it on me. Called BestBuy Marketplace support a total of 8 times, and was not offered a solution or refund.
In summary after NEARLY 3 MONTHS:
1. I don't have the item
2. I paid for it
3. Have no refund
You have been warned.
The customer service is terrible—no updates were provided on my order. The delivery driver was extremely rude and unable to give clear answers about the status or location of my order. I strongly advise purchasing at your own risk with this company. I left a review after receiving my order, but Walmart never posted it, which is why I'm sharing my experience again.

I bought an Openbox TV, from Best Buy Market Place, it took me almost a month to receive this TV. Since I had to contact them several times to find out where my order was, but they confirmed to me that it had been sent and received on my side. After requesting them for proof of receipt, they came back to me, 3 days later, to confirm that in the end, the television was returned to their warehouse for testing. Once received, the item did not work properly (black screen) when I sent them the exchange request, and I informed them several times that I did not want a refund, I just wanted the TV that I payed for to work properly, they insisted for another 3 days that the television had been tested and was functional. After sending them video proof of the situation, the only solution offered was a low-end television for the same price. Seeing their lack of professionalism I finally took the refund. And now they are harassing me to remove my review. To avoid all these inconveniences, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, even if they are linked with BestBuy.
I was very happy with my experience with TVoutlet.ca.
The price was very good, shipping was fast and it came in excellent condition. I ordered a stick vacuum, not a TV though. The only component missing from the Shark vacuum was the clip on accessory holder. That is the only negative point I can come up with. More of a nice to have than a need to have.
Shipping cost was reasonable, and I paid with Paypal because this is the first time I tried this website, and wanted some extra level of payment security.
I'll probably stop by the store front when I am in Mississauga or North York.
Not professional. Placed an order on Dec 4th, 2023. Got a confirmation order number. Next day I received a refund for the order and no other updates. It looks like they won't fulfil my order. Very disappointing experience with tvoutlet.ca.
