Excellent service and sofa.

Beautiful leather sofa. I had some queries and phoned the store - lovely people, all as cheerful and helpful as could be. Sofa was in a sale and they gave me an extra discount on top, as well as a free sheepskin rug and leather care kit - very nice touch!

Warning! Be prepared to be amazed by this fabulous, friendly, family company. If you are feeling down or sad, just browse through the huge lists of individual sumptuous, scrumptious and sometimes hilarious special furniture and accessories that nobody else will have but will ask where you purchased it.
Big shout out to Daniel and Amy who were amazing sorting the deliveries.

Great quality item at reasonable prices

Vintage Sofa Company, what a jewel in the retail sector. An absolute joy, and a great example of a family business who genuinely do put the customer first throughout the entire process. What an experience, upon entering the showroom(s) (and I loosely say that as I felt I was walking through someone’s home at every turn) to the advisor engagement (and please ask for Becca, always professional and so visionary and supportive).
This is not a place where you “buy” a piece of furniture for your house, you invest in making your home and home, with unique and sometimes bespoke pieces offered, which are competitively priced. Myself, my partner and sister all made purchases during our visit this weekend (our third visit) and can’t wait to see our choices in our respective homes.
It’s a beautiful business, set in beautiful surroundings, with staff that seem like family from the offset. Don’t hesitate, drop in and say hello.

I am so pleased with my purchase after being offered free delivery which would have cost me £80. The wingback chair I ordered and received is devine and lived up to my expectations . It is well made which accounts for the higher price but well worth it. There was very good communication throughout and the delivery was done with care and attention.
Overall I would recommend this company for high quality furniture but it would be great if they would lower the free delivery value

I’m excited to come across Vintage Sofa! I love that they do competitions so that people like me can get a chance to own one of their gorgeous vintage pieces! I love what they do, upcycling furniture and the colours and amazing! Maybe one day I can make a purchase but now I’m happy with the competitions!

I didn’t even have to drive to the showroom . FaceTime call and I choose a stunning sofa bought a beautiful cushion and even bought fabric to cover an item at home ,

I recently received the Vintage Sterling Rug in the medium size and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The quality is beautiful and the colours are even lovelier in person, soft, elegant and full of character. It really does add warmth and personality to the room.

What also stood out was the service from the team at Vintage Sofa Co. They were absolutely delightful to deal with, friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process.

It’s so refreshing to come across a company that combines beautiful products with such wonderful customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant customer service - super helpful & friendly staff I dealt with.

I visited on Saturday 21st Feb and can only say what a fantastic place.  Both the showroom and staff are first class and I can thoroughly reccomend a visit to anyone looking to buy furniture or interiors.  Coffee and cake on arrival are a great touch! Special thanks to George who was super helpful and very patient with us.

From the time we entered the showroom and Becca introduced herself to the time we left, having placed our order, it was a wonderful experience - very few places offer you a tea or a coffee, along with a little chocolate cake while you are thinking about things - nice touch.
The showroom is quite unbeievable and I could have bought lots of things - we will obviously be going back at some point in the future.
Whilst waiting for our sofa to be made and delivered, they have continued to be very helpful and friendly.
The delivery men were friendly and helpful and took great care bringing it in and unwrapping it.
The sofa, a Buxby 2 seater in Emerald Sunshine Velvet is wonderful - LOVE IT.

Beautiful chair however described as cream it's definitely not cream it's more of a golden beige background... that said it's well made and the delivery was very good ... had to change the day and they were very accommodating.
