Amazing the staff go above and beyond to care and provide the best possible treatment for our fur babies. Could not recommend them enough they are all so lovely and knowledgable from the vets to reception thank you guys for all your hard work.

We have two rescue dogs. Every single visit we make the staff go the extra mile. They are all welcoming, kind and professional. They really care about the dogs. And about us. Our dogs are old now and so visits for one in particular are frequent. He is fussed over, given strokes and treats and made to feel like a VIP. He doesn’t even notice the injection! Everything is explained clearly, with suggestions about how we can help the dogs with supplements, in addition to any medical treatment, so we feel that the dogs’ health comes first for the vet, not monetary concerns. As the dogs age it is a real benefit to live near a vet practice that help us out so much and show great kindness and compassion and whom we can trust completely to do the best for our pets. A big thanks to them!

As soon as we walked into the reception the staff were Brilliant.
They made a fuss of Molly our new West Highland Terrier.
We were seen on time and the vet was helpful with the questions we had for her, and she was great with Molly making her feel at ease.

We always have a positive experience here, the staff are kind, caring and couldn't do enough for you.
Personally, I am very grateful for their quick thinking when Luna was so poorly they saved her life and I am forever grateful.

The staff, nurses and vets are always very good, friendly and professional with my dog, whom I adore so much, therefore wish to have the best care for her and that’s what I feel I get since I’ve being going there for the last 5 years 🐾

Went for Finns annual health check and vaccination. As usual we were given a warm welcome and he got lots of fusses off everyone

Excellent and very competent vet. Who not only treated my dog but gained Nancy’s trust through her kindness - in fact Nancy would have stayed in the surgery with her.

Polly is a very anxious dog especially when visiting new places and of course the vets.
The time that has been spent by the vet nurses and vet Gaynor has paid dividends and Polly is now much calmer.
The use of the surgery's quiet room as suggested by Gaynor has really helped, and Polly has enjoyed cuddles on the sofa with Gaynor enabling much less stressful examinations.

Floyd and I trust Village Vets in Crosby completely. Cristina is brilliant at caring for Floyd’s skin allergies and takes time to get to know her patients and gives the best considered diagnosis and advice. It’s great to know that such excellent care and expertise is so close to home. Such a great team of kind professionals

We have been using Formby Village Vets for over 10 years. Their service and staff are excellent and trustworthy. Always able to fit us in at short notice, friendly and professional. I would fully recommend them.

I was seen at short notice, after only calling the surgery half an hour beforehand, as usual I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I arrived. The whole team are absolutely fantastic and I can’t praise them highly enough for the quality of care, expertise and friendliness

Excellent vets practice. Unfortunately my cat has had lots of problems recently and has been to the practice many times. Everyone is very professional and friendly, I especially like that I can see the same vet which is good for continuity when dealing with ongoing problems. Thanks to all the team and special thanks to Bronagh who has been caring for my cat.

Christina and the team at Crosby have always looked after myself and my cat Reject with her professional knowledge ensuring Reject got the correct treatment for her condition.

My dog Duncan loves going to the vets, as he made a fuss of by all the staff and vets. Everyone in there is very friendly and I would highly recommend Crosby vets to anyone. They look after Duncan very well and are there to help in anyway they can. Vet Christina was great with Duncan when he had his booster and answered all the questions I asked . Overall I’m very happy for Duncan to be at this vet practice ..

Village Vets is such an amazing vets. Still a family run business and every time you go in there it feels it They know Peggy and fuss over her. When you see the vet they're so welcoming and knowledgeable. It can't be an easy job working in a vets but they make it look easy. I trust them implicitly. Wouldn't go anywhere else
