VVFormby is always friendly and welcoming,Vets and Nursing staff establish great relationships with our dogs and indeed all dogs
They are very professional and thorough but at the same time sensitive to any apprehension displayed by our dogs
Great team !

All the staff are lovely. My vet was easy to talk to, gave great advice and was understanding. The reception staff and nurses are caring and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

They really take the time to explain everything and listen to our questions, they follow up when they say they will and they’re lovely with Misha. Vidivet is a brilliant addition to the service too, giving us immediate access to advice anytime

Our village vets practice is the kindest friendliest most caring one we have ever used and we are lucky to still have them in Formby. Our dogs have been under their care for many years up until their passing, the most recent this weekend. Thank you from all of us and especially Poppy.

Staff were so friendly and patient with Minnie our cat who suffers from anxiety.
The surroundings were calm and really love the separate cat and dog waiting areas.

Helen is an amazing vet and manages my reactive terrier with ease. She is so helpful and friendly it gives me great confidence.

Very understanding, caring and listened to my concerns. Did a thorough examination. Gave understanding review of findings and what they needed to do next. My dog was very placid in the vets.

As on all previous visits, my cat was treated very professionally and considerately.

I had a really positive experience at the vets with my dog. The staff were friendly and reassuring and the vet took time to explain everything clearly. My dog was treated with the patience and care, which made the visit much less stressful. I would highly recommend them.

They staff are great so friendly, and Kristina the vet is the best. She is made to be a vet has all the qualities I think that is required to be a great vet.

Her bedside manner is second to none. She tried to save my lovely 7 year Labrador Charlie but sadly couldn’t, so when I decided to become a puppy raiser for Frith I knew that it was only Kristina I wanted to look after him throughout the next year.

My dog is old now and has heart failure 💔 due to the care of the vets he has lived past Christmas and a few other near misses.
Christina has been amazing with my dog who is an old grumpy snappy dog.
Christina is the only vet he has licked and never growled at. He is so relaxed with her and listens for her when we attend.
The receptionists are always helpful abd cheerful
The nurses are also lovely and put you at ease.
We are on the VIP plan which has been a god send with the consultations my dog has needed.

Crosby Village Vets is an amazing practice. The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. I have total confidence in them. My dog Coco gets the very best treatment, they are so lovely with her and we never feel rushed. Can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic vets! Upon entering, it’s bright and clean with staff super welcoming and friendly. We saw Cristina who was so wonderful, she took her time and made sure Coop was comfortable. Everything is explained clearly to you, you can see she has the animals best interest at heart and the animals clearly love her! She had Coop literally eating out of her hands and he has never taken food from anyone other than family (as much as we’ve tried)!! Would highly recommend, wish we had joined up sooner!

From the receptionists to the nurses to the vets - best vets ever! Everyone is so kind and caring with my little dog who is so nervous and scarred from our last vets, but they treat her with so much love and makes me confident that she is in the best hands every time I bring her in. Can’t recommend enough.

I’ve been taking my girls to see Helen and the team for years. Helen is always professional, informative, nurturing and genuinely interested in both my girls and myself. When I lost Aayla last year at 16 years of age, Helen and the team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole ordeal and continue to give the highest care and expertise to my Lunar who is now heading towards her 18th birthday! The care that Lunar has received over the years for several lumps we had removed and her ongoing treatment for hyperthyroidism has been wonderful. Thank you to Helen and all support staff at Formby Village Vets, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! VIP’s for life!

Always feel welcome whenever we visit with our dog Elmo. Our beloved dog is 16 years old and as hard as it feels we know his time is not far away but the care and attention we receive from the team at village vets in keeping him going is outstanding. Highly recommend anyone to enrol with this caring practice.
