There is great choice on the pet club the staff are also very aware that your on the pet health club and talk to you about what’s included

This was my first time visit with my new rescue dog for a vet check. I was very pleased with everything.

Lovely staff at the surgery. Good service. Easy to book.

For my older dog where insurance premiums become prohibitive it’s extremely useful.
As a dog parent I don’t automatically require the worming and vaccines included in the plan. I prefer not to overload the dogs with chemicals if they don’t need them so I prefer testing and only treating if required.

What would be really valuable is if prescriptions were included in the plan.

Pet Health Club is affordable, full of a range of benefits, and is very customer friendly.

I signed up to health club at the beginning of month and 5 days later my dog died. With no explanation from a vet. Also Why am I still having a direct debit taken from my account

I believe you should help with the cover for pets been put to sleep alot easier and to cover some of the cermation prices

My previous experience with a vet was highly traumatic for my rescue cat and for me, especially as her suffering was prolonged, for what I believe were monetary reasons.
After adopting another rescue, a 14 year old DSH I researched vet plans extensively. This seemed the best and my neighbour has been using it for her dog for 10+ years, I discovered.
I was anxious about our first visit but it went without problems, he was handled well and in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. All my questions were answered, good advice given and his flea/worm treatment administered without my noticing!
I couldn't be happier with our plan and our new vet, especially leaving with no bill 😊

I am very happy to pay for this pet health club. It isn't a lot of money really considering all the benefits. Flea and worm treatment alone over the year. I've got a pup and it covers all her jabs. I have actually today increased her membership to the highest tier. The reason being to cover the cost of exceptionally high consultation fees. I lost a dog a week ago and now want my pup to have an extra vet check up for my own sanity. Affording a small amount of money a month compared to a big bill is much preferable. I'm glad to have joined
