My previous experience with a vet was highly traumatic for my rescue cat and for me, especially as her suffering was prolonged, for what I believe were monetary reasons.
After adopting another rescue, a 14 year old DSH I researched vet plans extensively. This seemed the best and my neighbour has been using it for her dog for 10+ years, I discovered.
I was anxious about our first visit but it went without problems, he was handled well and in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. All my questions were answered, good advice given and his flea/worm treatment administered without my noticing!
I couldn't be happier with our plan and our new vet, especially leaving with no bill 😊

I am very happy to pay for this pet health club. It isn't a lot of money really considering all the benefits. Flea and worm treatment alone over the year. I've got a pup and it covers all her jabs. I have actually today increased her membership to the highest tier. The reason being to cover the cost of exceptionally high consultation fees. I lost a dog a week ago and now want my pup to have an extra vet check up for my own sanity. Affording a small amount of money a month compared to a big bill is much preferable. I'm glad to have joined

I have been with the pet health club for 10 years with my previous dog and registered my new dog recently.
I think it’s an excellent way to spread the cost of worming and flea control.
Also you get your booster vaccine and two free health checks a year.
If you pay for the premium plan ( not much more expensive than the standard plan) you also get all consultations free of charge! I would highly recommend any pet owner to use the pet health club.
I have been with Pelyn vets for more than 25 years and I cannot fault the care my dogs have been given.
The staff are warm and friendly, supportive when euthanising and empathetic

We have just insured our puppy and as first time parents we had to contact the 24/7 vets a couple of times already. We also went to the first visit and scheduled the vaccinations. It’s definitely very much worth the money - you cannot put a price tag on the safety and wellbeing of your puppy! I have been recommended by my colleague to the Pet Health club and I will keep recommending that to everyone!

All the staff are lovely and the service is great.

Saved money straight away qnd it gives me piece of mind knowing i can take my babys to the vet any time i need to as many tines as i need to through the year i would recomend to anyone

Being a member of this club means things I have to pay for anyway are cheaper and the vets send me texts to remind me when they are due. It also includes a 12 month check up which is recommended by all vets.

Biggest waste of money I’ve ever known

Might as well save the money each month and use that for appointments. I missed the renewal date and I’m charged £60 to cancel. Utterly disgraceful.

I would recommend setting up a savings account and put the £33.99 each month into that, there is no value for money here.

Brilliant and helpful

All of the staff were very welcoming and lovely from start to finish. Couldn't fault a thing absolutely brilliant. Would recommend to any animal owners to come here.
